Lets just wait and see after the casino launch as then the team will have more time to concentrate on speeding up withdrawals. The team will also need to expand as the casino will need a lot more support then running a sportsbook which I'm sure the team will have in the future. I think that they are going through some growing pains right now as I saw that there are a lot more users and bets being placed then previous and maybe they didn't expect AceDBets to grow so fast in a short amount of time.

they should be ready for that. casinos want more players. if they are not ready for that, then it is their loss if some players will lose their faith on them. even one staff assigned to adequately answer users in this forum should not be a big deal for them.
remember, as new casinos are introduced in the forum, they will be left behind if they will not rectify their issues. hope they will not waste their resources for some issues that are easily resolvable from their end.

Like I said I'm sure they will get this all sorted. Now that the casino is live, it will be interesting to see how they go with withdrawals and support. Its only a small team at the moment but they are working on adding new team members in the near future. Time will tell how it all goes here but I am willing to give them the a chance to get everything sorted.

I can hardly feel sorry for you. You also really pick the worst sites to play. If you were to pick a site with a reputation and a license, you wouldn't have that problem.

These bets were placed a long time ago but this member continues to post this. I had a similar problem with a bet placed as lost but in fact I won the bet and I sent in a support ticket and it was fixed and changed to a winning bet. At this time the team were working through some issues and it was reported in their Discord that the team are working on fixing the bugs in the system so I don't know why this member continues to post this here and why he continues to bet with AceDBets, it just doesn't make any sense.

Yes that is some what true however that was over a month ago now. The withdrawal time is now within 24 hours which I read in their Discord server. To find out the max bet limit etc... check out their FAQs. The maximum bet varies depending on the type of event and selection you’re betting.

so the site has resolved the old cases of withdrawal issues? anyway, this is already old news, maybe they already fix this issue as you said. haven't played on this site so i cant say about their recent withdrawal performance. if a player is not sure about the casino, better go for other reputable casinos/bookies in the forum. they are just waiting to be tapped. make sure to read their trust summary so you know there are no existing issues on the site

You can interpret the limit of 24 hours for the payments in different ways. You may think it is long, but if a player has placed a lot of bets then several things need to be checked.
And the amount will also play a role in the speed of the payout.

As far as I know the team will most likely not be all that active on here unless there are major updates. The team are currently working on some minor changes to the site with games being placed in the correct time at which they start and a few other things which will most likely be fixed in the next update. They also plan on cutting withdrawal times down in the near future. I get most of this from their discord server where the team are more active so I do my best to pass it on in here.

Many successful deposits and withdrawals.Few withdrawals with delays but was ok for me. This time something went totally wrong. 2 support tickets not answered. 5 contacts with livechat support but always the same response : "I will inform the team". So it's almost 30 days since I've requested a withdrawal - no payout and no explanation why it takes so long. I tried to ask on their discord channel but after 5mins I was blocked and my message was deleted.

Great to hear that AceDBets has some updates with their developments.
However, I hope we will not see more withdrawal issues here.
Because it puts a trigger for some players not to play on this site.
