I see a few altcoins in existence from 2014 to the present. I was amazed at the photo of coinmarketcap dated June 1, 2014, when Monero was # 25 on the chart for $ 1.74, perhaps just coming out. Some of the remaining altcoins that I impressed like Counterparty (XCP), Whitecoin (XWC), MaidsafeCoin (MAID), Feather (FTC), Vertcoin (VTC), Blackcoin (BLK) ... are all pumped altcoins. in the year 2017-2018. https://coinmarketcap.com/historical/20140601/

I think I sold most of them. Because I am the type of hunter where sells his coin as soon as they get listed on exchanges. However, I still have some of them though and they are the coins that haven't listed yet. Some of my coins have been stored on my wallet for 2 years and I can't do something with it, I've got no choice but to wait though. I sell those token as soon as possible because most of them gained no volume after the getting listed.

I don't hold any coins now, since covid-19 came up, I have to release all my old coins such as BNB, BTC and Ethereum,I was holding to save life during this pandemic. BTC is a coin I really enjoyed no matter how old it was in my wallet, if I will still hold coins again Bitcoin will be one of them, because is my favorite coin.

A lot of cryptocurrencies have been created throughout time. I personally have not held onto any old or even dead blockchains. But I am working on a new project focused on old blockchains and with the attempt of reviving them. I wanna ask what everyone here is holding onto. I am mainly interested in coins from 2014 and older, but anything you deem "old" is welcome! I might hit you up if I find your coin interesting One of my new picks is Leacoin because of its age and simple configuration. I guess the reason most people are holding onto some of the older coins/ possibly dead block chains is largely owing to the fact that they probably cant sell them owing to no liquidity / no exchange listing. The vast majority of such coins is likely tied to the Ico era from 2017 and numerous exit scams and abandoned projects. I still have numerous coins in my ETH wallet worth a few cent to a a few 10 dollars that i cant really sell anywhere( the Increase in gas Prices also really doesn't help the situation).

If you have an excuse to release all coins because of Covid-19, then your excuse is ridiculous, because in fact, in this pandemic it is very nice to make some trades via cryptocurrency, this will also give you a decent profit to save your life.

not just a profit for savings. I also get income from day trading in a pandemic situation like now. there is not much I can do but daily crypto trading gave me new hope to continue earning a decent income.

It is true, and on average crypto players are starting to be active again to trade when the pandemic begins, because restrictions on working outside the home have also been implemented in several countries, this will certainly require us to start day trading in seeking as much profit as possible.

I am holding LAMDEN. Tomorrow the project will launch its first mainnet after 3 years of development, the project has yet to be listed on any major exchange. Its current capitalization is about 16 million dollars, which is very small to increase in value. I see great promise.

I consider all the top coins to be gems and i try to hold them all. Only if i get stuck or in need of emergency cash i do cashout but i am long and bullish about all the good coins in the market because they have already got a good reputatoin and have successfully made their way to the top because of the market acceptance. Some of these coins include eth, trx, xrp, neo, waves, ada, btc, xlm etc.

My answer is ETH,if it old enough to as one of old coins. The ETH of mine is in my wallet since 2018,i think i will hold it for a long time unless the price of ETH rise suddenly and sharply to near its previous peak.I used to have several kinds of coins, and that was in 2013 or 2014.These coins i had lost these coins long ago and can't remember their names.

That's certainly true, mate. Most old coins tend to become abandoned by their developers over time. This is because developers are unable to provide real use cases for their crypto projects in the mainstream world. Over time, old coins tend to get de-listed from crypto exchanges due to lack of interest. Only a select few will survive in the long run, as they have a plethora of supporters behind them. Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, and Ethereum are good-old coins worth holding for the long term. The rest will simply go down the drain. This not only applies to traditional cryptocurrencies but tokens as well. The ICO boom has left many people holding the bag, as tokens became worthless in a blink of an eye. As well as you do, I have many old tokens on my ETH wallet which are worth nothing today. Since there are no exchanges available for them, there's nothing I can do other than continue to hold them for the long term. In the end, holding old coins for a very long time will lead you towards substantial losses of your investment. It's always best to diversify between new and old coins in order to minimize risks as much as possible. While some old coins (like the ones mentioned previously) are good, new coins often have better features making them hard to resist. It's new coins' innovation, which keeps money flowing in the market. As soon as a coin stops bringing innovation and active development, it becomes replaced by the next big thing in crypto. If you play your cards right, you'll be able to get lucky in the unpredictable crypto market. Just my thoughts

I have tons of coins on my wallet since I began joining this campaign. Most of them were from airdrops and bounties whoch was already abandoned. However, there are some old bounties where I was able to sell after a year or two due to sidden project development. I keep watch on some of my old coins to see if it will somehow reach the market or not.

old coin? from 2017 until now I only hold Ethereum, because a lot of the results from the bounty that I have exchanged there, and now I am grateful that the price of Ethereum has gone up to $ 400
Does it mean you missed the opportunity to sell ETH at $ 1300? If that's the case then I think you need to wait for the next 2-3 years to see ETH go up to that price again. It was definitely a long time Good that you still hold Ethereum, I mean it would have been nice when you were able to sell it before when it was $1,300. But that money will just disappear after paying for a few things. If we are talking about holding 1 to 2 ETH then yah, better to save it and wait for the moon to happen. Money depletes very fast especially for us middle class earners who not rich enough to sustain burning money for eternity. I will wait for my ETH to reach a satisfying amount before I sell it.

I am holding Stratis (STRAT),all time high price was $22.66 USD. but I bought stratis at $.36 rate and still holding. my target is $1 and I am pretty sure It will hit $1 end of the year I also holding Cardano (ADA) and 50% of my bag allready sold at $.11 . I have some NPXS and DENT coin also. now trying to accumulate COTI coin for the long run. hope someone will dump at my order Talking about the highest price ever reached, I think bitcoin, ethereum and other coins also hit very high prices in their ATH years. Yeah, but good for you. So far, the old coins that are in my wallet are only popular coins, like Ethereum and others. well, I think it's a lot safer than holding other altcoins which also have high ATH prices.

I have two old coins in my wallet, it has no value, it's worthless right now, hopefully someday it gives me another profit. To those have old coins still holding don't lose hope.
Yes, you don't have to despair if there are old coins that still don't have a value in our wallet, but we also don't be negligent and discouraged in working to find even better coins, just think of those coins that have no value as our best lesson in work in the past, so that in the future we can prioritize research rather than pursuing uncertainty.

I wonder what is good XRP and what future it can have? I still understand XLM, but to invest in XRP? I would choose a project with clearer plans and less capitalization...
