I made a withdraw from the site yesterday and it’s now 10 hours since I did it and I have not received my btc to my wallet.

What is the problem with the site? I have uploaded ID and Proof of adress also.

Why can't I convert btc to Euro directly in the casino? This is not convenient, because some of the slots I can't play using btc.

Seems that this site does not use the system where players can play all games with the coin they deposit.
It is like the one on greenspin, not all games are playable with a specific coin. Lets say a user can play Slot from provider A with btc but this user cant play it with ltc/doge for example.

Macau Quest will end on November 30, 69 days left.  I just do not know if this promotion will end when there is a player who first reaches level 21 which is the last.  There is nothing in the mechanics or in the TAC.

Structurally, the contest should not end earlier even if there is someone reach the 21st level because there are still many rewards to hunt for players with lower level.
Of course, once someone reach the 21 then the there is no chances for other players to get the main reward. 
What makes me wonder is about the "cash prizes" for those who reach 7-14 and 15-20 as I cant find the exact value/number on how much is the cash.
Am I missing something here? Is it being mentioned somewhere else on the site?

Personally, I use Google Chrome and the casino website loads very quickly.
