Hey Winz, I think you have a great smooth website and good customer service, but why have your NBA odds become so shitty since about a week?

You used to offer 1,89/1,89 margins and now they have become 1,80/1,80 making you look severely worse than your competition. For example Wild.io has the same odds provider (and same layout) but they still offer 1,89/1,89 so that means every odd automatically has 10% better odds than you on the same selection. Is this temporary or lasting? Because this will only lead to your customers running away I can assure you. 1,80/1,80 on the biggest basketball league in the world is just unfair to your basketball loving customers.

I was gonna check this personally if the low odds is set to your account only since they usually give restrictions to their players but I’m surprised that my account is already suspended while it’s originally just restricted to participate on promotion due to my frequent use of their bonuses and keep winning using it.

Interestingly, I check the sports book without an account login and I notice that they even offer a 1.75/1.75 odds on basketball. This is my first time see an odds that is value as 50/50 chance rate while the odds is so low. House edge is insanely high on their sportsbook.

Yes, quite honestly this is an insult to their customers. Offering 1,89/1,89 was already not great on NBA but at least it's regular, but 1,75/1,75 like you say on smaller leagues and 1,80/1,80 on NBA is rediculous. If that is all you dare to offer to your customer then you better just not offer sportsbook at all.
