It seems to me that education in schools and universities should keep up with the times. And since cryptocurrencies are our future, we must cultivate an understanding of this concept now.
Advanced universities are putting the study of the blockchain technology scheme into the curriculum, and all educational institutions that want to produce in-demand specialists should be levelled off to do so.
I think that the fundamentals of the history of creation and development of cryptocurrencies can be started to teach in schools now so that our children grow up technologically and financially literate.

Addressing the future, cryptocurrency such as bitcoin should be taught in schools. This is why I did innovate a basic strategy as my research to used base numbers in cryptographic algorithm.

However, the computer is there to compute the numbers. But still, learners should be able to know the manual computation and how it increase and decrease according to its equivalent value.

In addition, this will make the new evolution of numbers of Mathematics.

I absolutely like the idea of teaching Bitcoin but before they learn about Bitcoin, they must at least learn about on where Bitcoin is integrated into. They must have background knowledge about Blockchain Technology since its not just Bitcoin that is working with Blockchain. Most of the stuffs that made up of the Cryptocurrency Industry is revolving around Blockchain which is actually good.

I like your idea. Bitcoin education should be a part of financial education for students.

Right now, even if a decade has passed since the creation of cryptocurrency, many people still don't know what it is and how it works. Not many universities and financial institutions have interest of knowing what it is and even not interested in knowing. I think basics should be thought at computer classes possibly starting in high school, but to make it interesting this should be taught in history of currency portion of history or basic science history classes. Then they can try not with bitcoin but with another cryptocurrency that can be bought very cheap so that they can just make fun tests like sending coins to different addresses and doing wallets and such.

The institutes are certainly very much interested on blockchain technology.  You can easily find lots of universities are offering courses on blockchain.
But I don't find any economic course related to the cryptocurrency market. Cryptocurrencies are now a part of world economy and it should be taught in school.

I don't know about bitcoin when we start adding mathematical equations... Well, teaching bitcoin in schools as I heard is already happening. Tho I don't know if it's an indept explanation that is taught, it's still a positive move.

Your school not educate with bitcoin and haven't bitcoin as subject in your school, I think in university still not have subject bitcoin but you can learn how bitcoin is it when start trading and earn money with bitcoin or altcoin, I think many people have know with bitcoin and try how to get much profit with bitcoin trading and investing.

In today's age of technology, it is important to learn about Bitcoin,
In many countries, bitcoin education is being approved in schools and colleges so that everyone can learn bitcoin. I think of this Bitcoin Forum as an educational institution because there is so much to learn and learn from.

Previously one of our topics in school is the use of the different algorithms and different methods of sorting method which makes you help you.

Also one of our subjects is discrete mathematics which is part of the world of crypto too.

[LEARN] LOGIC GATES and chance to earn merit which one of our members
@pooya87 suggests with the use of the bitwise you can use in cryptography.

i think it would be better if these operations are referred to as bitwise operations since that is what they are called in programming and cryptography.
additionally there are only 4 main operations: AND(&), OR(|), XOR(^), NOT (~ or unary operation). others such as XNOR are the combination of these operations:
Code:
NAND=NOT(AND) -> ~(A & B)
NOR =NOT(OR)  -> ~(A | B)
XNOR=NOT(XOR) -> ~(A ^ B)

this is very important for the development of Cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, and maybe in the coming years this will become a major part of education,
we cannot fight human technology which is getting faster and developing, because crypto and blockchain will become part of our daily lives and it must be taught in school because it really helps our children and grandchildren to better understand what future technology is.

That depends on what you’re talking about, but you don’t see schools teaching students how to make use of bank apps or PayPal, somethings are not really necessary to be taught. If you’re talking about areas like what influences the price of cryptocurrencies and things like that, well cryptocurrency is still similar to other sectors in economics, it’s always about the demand and supply, cryptocurrency is built on trust.

But, there are already things that are being taught in schools that are related to Blockchain and cryptocurrency, schools will only teach the things that they are meant to teach you and you’re going to learn the rest by yourself, and that’s just it.

This will be a great strategy to be use by someone in crypto space. And it will help the learners to understand more the way on how to compute manually and not just rely on the computer. I think it should also be taught in school as advance learning of every students regarding the proper use of bitcoin and other cryptocurrency ,so that it will be easy for them to adopt a blockchain technology in the future especially if government will accept bitcoin and cryptocurrency as part of the economy.

I strongly doubt that the study of Bitcoin will be introduced in institutes or schools in the near future. But the time will surely come, I think that this topic will be introduced into the educational system. When a massive demand appears in society, then it will appear.

I am more dominant in trying to make long term investment in bitcoin because with this long period of time I tend to focus on accumulating a lot of capital to continue buying bitcoins because the prospect of the price every year tends to increase and I hope to get a lot of profit.

Other institutes especially around Europe are now having this educational system. If we are looking for that time, it is already happening starting this cashless transaction system due to global crisis happening this year.

In addition to that, these are going to happen to other countries also:

I think it is better to teach about blockchain technology than to focus directly on cryptocurrencies, because blockchain technology can be used in various fields even though it is not as interesting as discussing crypto currencies  Grin. Btw I also agree with the OP idea
theres a seperate discussion for blockchain and theres also for cryptos because both of them are not easy . cryptos only looks easy because we people tend to look in its outside appearance but we dont know if how they are created or whats inside them . blockchain looks so hard and boring because everyone else is foccusing on crypto due to the fact that crypto is the one that we mainly use but if we will only learn blockchain too we can get many benefits .

I believe that after a while crypto will become commonplace for people. In this case, such a discipline may actually appear in colleges.

Espcecially concerning blockchain technology and tokenomics. Though, I see this to be more on computer science courses since most of the students will need prerequisites for blockchain such as programming, web development, cryptography and more.

But it will not be limited since there's always tons of course available for a student to self learn about bitcoin and cryptocurrency.

Cryptocurrency should be in the field of finance while blockchain is in the field of technology. Both topics are very hard and there's a lot of you need to know before learning those topics. You need the foundation to understand those definitions like basic and advanced programming.

Blockchain isn't boring, actually, it's one of the topics that is being used in project study because blockchain technology can be applied to any various fields. While cryptocurrency, it's not really easy, the whole economics will fully explain how does it works and add blockchain learning.

If I'm not wrong, there are colleges in some countries that started to teach Blockchain technology. I think it could be very common to be seen in the most of the schools in the future. However, there are many courses about cryptocurrencies and Blockchain technology on the platforms like Udemy.

I am not too focused on learning to calculate the value of bitcoin that will be obtained when investing because with today's fast technology system I focus on finding a lot of capital and learn to analyze price movements at any time.
and advice to the country's younger generation to consider studying the crypto world in order to compete in the future.
