Well I really don't think this is the best time to release a project,admist this lock down and financial bottle neck, if you want to release a project, just give it some time till this whole scenario is over,right now more people prefer to hold fiat.so I think you should give it a hold.

Only bad projects need to worry about when to release their project, a good project is going to have investors interested in it regardless of when it is released, the problem is that we have very few of those kind of projects and the rest are either scams or projects made by amateurs that do not really know what they are doing, quite honestly I think the era in which anyone could release their coin and have investors lined up is over and from now on only good projects will receive any attention from the community.

Maybe you should look at this from another angle. There's no problem with regards to Time because all of us got plenty of it on our own hands so we can really review projects and invest on it if we want to. But I don't think this is the right moment for developers to release their project because most of us got no Capital to grab the opportunity they offer since we are all in the middle of crisis. At times like this wherein most people tend to sit in front of their personal computer or smart phones because of the existing pandemic, people do tend to seek for online jobs that is payable to earn some income so that precious time won't be wasted. Releasing a project would be easy as long as you have the full concrete idea, concept and objective to serve as the main foundation of the project. People will easily see those projects because they do have more time to seek for new projects but remember, projects are not just intended to pay the participants for doing a job but also it is intended to attract potential investors to fund the project. It is a give and take situation and not just a one way manner. At times like this, investors will be rare to find because many are reserving their funds for more important matter which includes sustaining their necessities to survive this pandemic. I doubt that this will be a good time for release of new projects for no potential investors will fund the project because of the pandemic. If there will be, it will only be few and cannot fully sustain the need of the project.
