I am in the first 8 on all lists, it's nice! For sure this week will be another opportunity for all of us to improve our stats.

Now I feel like an idiot but hours after I busted out forgetting I was recording I read a post on my phone about a few other tournaments on SWC, so I foolishly logged in to check them out. This logged me out of my PC and the recording. The worst part is it happened pretty much right after it went into heads up mode. So apologies Hhampuz I did not catch your moment of victory. I'll try and catch the next one.

Side note, I might be playing next week now lol. Plant is in shutdown for my entire set back, and we should be done all major work by Friday. Guess I'll just have to find a way to entertain myself... for about 40 minutes on average

Yeah Rounders is all around one of the best poker movies ever made, there are some others who are not really bad, but to me the best ever is definitely rounders. Matt Damon there plays a perfect regular person that people seem to keep forgetting, dude is a law student pose to be a lawyer, he also has some relationship or not and so forth like real life, and basically he is a regular person that just happens to gamble big time on poker.

Everyone thinks that gamblers are degenerates, or gambling is something you do to have fun once in a while and so forth, in reality you could have a regular life AND a gambling life and as long as you keep the checks separated there is really no reason to stop neither of them and you can continue both of them. Anyone here who haven't seen it, go see it right now, it is awesome.

There will be some organizational changes with regards to password distribution effective immediately - all "regulars" will receive a pm later today including passwords for all remaining series #2 tournaments. Please make sure to send the 200 "extra chips" when joining a tournament - needless to say I trust all of you will do so but be aware that I will keep track of that.


Password Distribution for newcomers (who are of course more than welcome!) and last minute registrations:

Effective immediately, please post in this thread as soon as you have sent the extra chips - together with tyKiwanuka I will then make sure you receive the password early enough.


This will help me a lot going forward while also making things easier for you guys! Special thanks to my man tyKiwanuka for all the help!

It's easier to handle for efialtis and I think we can trust the regular players to not take advantage.

I am going to join this evening for poker with Steve but highly doubt we are gonna meet, unless we are seated on the same table from the beginning. I am playing those freerolls very loose and calling all ins basically every time I have anything in my hand.

Last time we had a very good first table so here is hoping for repeat of that plus Steve seated with us. I have never seen him on table and I played all sportbet freerolls until now

This will be my 5th time if I am not wrong. I was missing all of the rounds because of my laptop that does not load the app then one day I realized that I can do it on my phone and since then I am a regular but yes yet to have Steve in my table.

The game usually ended around 3-4 hours and the 0.75 BTC guaranteed usually have around 2.5 hours late registration so yeah anyone that win will be able to join that 0.75 BTC guaranteed game but it seems you can use it on different week as well (?)

The only burden to play on the same day is that will someone be able to spend hours to play poker again after that exhausting 3-4 hours tournament  , the 0.75 Guaranteed might be running over 4 hours though

may 31 = the last qualifier. the championship won't be until the following weekend anyway. i assume the earliest the ticket could be used is the june BIG BTC.

same here. i'm registered but i plan on donking it off unless i win an early all-in or get seated at a table full of sit-outs. i find sportsbet's poker software slightly tilting tbh.

I already sent some coins to deposit in my SwC for this week's tourneys. Besides, I owe 3k chips to efi and webtricks I guess. Need to repay them once I will have my chips available. I will give my best to earn some points from these two tourneys, at least 10 points. I hope poker God will be with me LOL

+1, i'm with that. the regular prize pools are enough to keep me coming, let alone the championship prizes. what can i say? i like to play cards.....

i wouldn't mind getting a regular cash game together either. or maybe some low stakes stud hi/lo or omaha just for kicks. i haven't played any lowball games in years.
