I really liked the UI change of Jacksclub. I went to the site today and felt the issue. However, the UI was very familiar to me when I was playing gambling before, but now it feels a little unfamiliar


But one thing I am very happy about is that I got a total bonus of $28 today. I was surprised to see this when I logged into my account. But the sad thing is that I made up to $47 today but lost the entire amount when I continued gambling.

Frankly, I prefer the older UI than the new one especially for the font on the navigation bar/panel which seems to bit bigger for me in normal screen size.
Of course it is subjective opinion or it is all about preferences but for me the font size in the navigation bar/panel make it looks like unbalanced with the other parts on the homepage.
I have been inactive for so long time here, what is/are the other new things except the UI?
Where are the older regular promotions such as the daily/weekly wager contest? Am I missing where they are located or they have been removed?

Today after getting paid again I spent some time gambling, surprisingly my luck was very good today. I have been having good luck in gambling regularly. After getting paid $60 my balance went down to $14 after gambling but as I continued gambling again it went up to $90 and then I withdrew it and I finally got $89.16 USDT after converting it to Bitcoin. It was a great pleasure for me

I noticed that after the new update all my previous withdrawal history is gone. Is it removed only for me or is the history cleared for all users after the new update. Can someone please clarify this for me because I had a lot of withdrawal history before which I needed it many times and I used to analyze a lot from it.
Transactions history can be very important for many gamblers for different reasons such as tax purposes (in some tax-heavy countries) or for analysis (like in your case) and I’m pretty sure many gamblers do the same to track their net result so they are more informed and can adjust their gameplay accordingly.
Not sure why they chose to remove the old history tbh, but they certainly still have a copy of it in their database, so it shouldn’t be a hard task for them to bring it back.

Yes, my deposit and withdrawal history disappeared too. After the update, almost all of my account statistics were deleted. Not exactly a good thing. I could have left it. Why delete such information? The other day, I wanted to check my deposit withdrawal history, but it wasn't there. Is that how updates work? Maybe next time it will be the same? I believe they have the old data of user's transactional history and they can add it if they wish, some time a big update like what they have just done deleted all user's data.
Something usual to happen and most casinos that are going to make a big usually do a backup first and I believe Jacksclub did a back up as well.
Now the question, are Jacksclub willing to do it (bring the deleted data back) or not?
Some players may consider such data useful but for others may not that important especially those who have made so many deposits and withdrawals.

Hey, that’s a fair question and we understand why some players would want access to their historical data.

Just to clarify, transaction data from the previous version won’t be migrated to the new platform. With the recent upgrade, we’ve essentially moved to a refreshed system, and older transactional records aren’t carried over into the new interface.

However, on the positive side, all affiliate-related data (relevant for commissions and tracking) has been retained and is available on the new version, so there’s no impact on earnings or referrals.

We understand that this kind of data can be useful for some users, and we appreciate the feedback, it definitely helps us shape future improvements.

Yes, it is not a very difficult thing for them because they have the data of every user. Which gives a premium UI vibe to the website.

OP already addressed this in his last reply and said that they are not going to do that, they won’t migrate old data to the new platform. I’m not sure why but they certainly have valid reasons.
The good thing, according to what they have said, is that only transaction history and some other old data won’t be migrated and this won’t apply to more important data such as affiliate data and the like, so there will be no financial impact on users.
