I deposited 20$ and rolled it over multiple times: made 67$ in sports bets and another 20$ in casino slots. When I tried to withdraw, the system blocked it, claiming I still need to complete a 1x wager. I clearly fulfilled this condition several times over, but the system is just broken.
When I contacted customer support, they gave me a ridiculous excuse: they claimed I have to wait 30 days because their provider takes up to 30 days to update the results and clear the wager error. This is completely unacceptable, a cheap tactic to hold onto my funds. I have never seen such a terrible and unprofessional experience anywhere else. Stay away from this platform, they just don't want to pay!
