If you have lost some money there due to whatever issue you should post a complaint in scam accusation sub forum

Which bonuses you are talking about that you consider as fake one and which complains you are referring to?
As I can see, you were so active in participating their Free BTC price prediction for several dozen rounds, are you complaining about this promo?
In general, changing requirement or rules on bonuses is something normal especially if your speculation about the site is being sold is true.
Even if there is no change in the ownership, changing rules/requirement is still normal, cant be considered as red flag unless the change is done in the middle of the process of player taking the bonus.

It is possible that it's another issue that requires them to manually check to determine the cause. You can also check your profile to verify the total wagered amount if it is accurate and use it as proof that you have already completed the 1x wagering requirement.

It seems like the user has lost his first deposit of $20 by placing a bet on sports event. Then he made another deposit of $20 and won two bets by using the funds on Jacksclub sportsbook. But Jacksclub system has failed to track his sports bets. His valid wager of $27 has come from the bets which he placed on casino games. Where his total deposited funds is $40.

Now the user can withdraw his funds by wagering at least $13 more in the casino games. Or he can wait for the manual verification of his sports bets to receive the withdrawal, isn't it?
