After BIG's loss yesterday against OG I feel like they're going to lose again vs Heroic so they're my pick for today and I see a bit of value on Heroic's odds at 2.00.

I just don't trust BIG's capability to take down teams they're supposed to beat and Heroic's new lineup hasn't fought any strong teams yet so this will be the first limit test for them.

Map 3 just about to start in 5 mins. Which will be Vertigo. BIG have been good at vertigo and have won 100% of their maps on it in the past 3 months, playing it 7 times. Heroic have a good good win rate as well with 67%, playing 6 times. Should be a tight contest but my money is on BIG. It's pretty much all on how Xantares and Tizian perform. Those are the guys who can make BIG look like a top team. K1to, TabseN and SyrsoN are no slouches either. Hopefully they can win once again. Lets go!  

Edit: Welp, that didnt go as I hoped for. Heroic win and BIG who were the top seed in their group, go 0-2. Not looking good for them.

Capitalizing on BIG's poor form once again as they face Complexity @1.7 later today i'm surprised how the odds are this close between the two. Complexity just took down OG 2-0 yesterday and BIG can't even beat OG, I know they could show up at any time but I doubt they will. This is probably an elimination match for BIG since FPX and OG are currently on 1-1 so it could possibly go to another decider but i'm more confident on Complexity to edge them out just like what Heroic did yesterday.  

Edit : BIG takes it 2-0 good to see them bounce back and what a performance from k1to.

It really does takes ball of steel to back someone against a side like BIG. It is surprising that BIGhas only managed to win one game in ESL Pro League and now they are finding hard time going against FunPlus Phoenix. Not sure what is wrong now they have everything they need- syrson (good sniper), tabsen (the mind), XANTARES (Peek master) but still they are failing to win easy matches

Now that you've mentioned it, just checked now and it really seems like some big teams in Group B . Group D is nice too. I want to see how G2 perform without kennyS in ESL.

I agree half of the games in this group were less interesting since we're used to the top teams. On the bright side group A is close to being done but there's still one good game later today which is Heroic vs Complexity the battle for the play in spot.

Yeah true, haven't seen quite a balanced performance from all of them. Well that has led them out of the group A along with Renegades. Complexity and Heroic have qualified. There is still one spot left which will be decided today- either FPX or OG. Whoever wins the match gets the spot. We also have Complexity vs Heroic today along with BIG vs Renegades.

His list is very great though, I still respect iceiceice placing DJ above Tims because he knows that DJ can be versatile in the roles of the heroes that they are picking for him. DJ also presented himself as a temporary Offlane role for some time when their supposedly Offlane was not doing enough. Its also nice of him to mention Mushi because as his former captain, Mushi is now better coaching and I believe Mushi made Ice3x a better player. Ice3x is currently one of the most consistent Offlaners in every game he is playing.

BIG vs Renegades that an hard match for Renegades BIG should be mutch better.

BIG are now 1 map down against Renegades. Not sure whether to face palm or what. Expected a good ESL run from the German team but receiving quote the opposite. Still it doesn't matters now since they are out already.

As for other two, both are going on as expected: Heroic won the first map and OG also won the first map.

DOTA 2:

Anybody recently saw the Gosugamer's Article pertaining to 5 people we missed during the DPC Season? Its really such a shame to be missing out on young talents specially Sumail and Ramzes666. Both of them played really well before the lock down but its really such a shame for them not having teams because of the restrictions for them to be playing on the region they only live at and its really sad to see this young talents not getting picked up by teams. JustError was a team that consisted of Sumail and Ramzes but they did not do well because they were already playing at a situation in which they did not have enough practice and with the lag issues because of the region difference.

I hope we will see a team with this young talents, specially of what PPD did for dnm which is also another young kid with a great potential. Maybe we might see PPD, Sumail, and Dnm on one team (just hoping though).

OG manage to lose again after being heavy favs to win against FPX.  BIG lose it against Renegades. Both teams doing horribly in the ESL Pro league. Probably needs some time off to practice and make new strats.

Well I am speechless, these ESL Pro League matches so far have made me rolling my eyes. But we still have 3 groups left to watch. Group B is up next and we have crazy teams like Vitality, NIP, G2, Faze and so... in there and it won't be easy. Time to switch over to O/U maps line from Winners market. Have already lost some trying winners market, now time to lose some trying O/U markets as well.

Same here, today is just one of the worst times to take the favorites pre live even in League of Legends so many big favorites fell down like G2, Fnatic and Cloud9 while the live bettors probably made tons of money taking small risks on the underdogs.

There's one underdog that i'm eyeing later today on the dota side which is IG vs Aster at the CN upper division. The bookies offering IG @2.00 seems like a great value since this is basically like the tiebreaker, recent h2h results favors Aster but I feel like the h2h matters less this time around now that IG is one win away from securing their spot at the major playoffs.

G2 vs NIP feels like it's gonna be a close game. Both teams looking weak af lately, but G2 have jackZ replacing KennyS, which i joked about when the news came out, but tbh, this feels like an upgrade cos kenny was underperfoming like crazy, so jack could end up being the final piece this team needed to start being competitive again. Aside from their only win against Complexity, BIG was just inconsistent throughout the groupstage.

Do you play Dota as well? I started quite recently.. mixed bag, the games. Filled with rank boosters, makes it a lot worse. Regarding Aster vs IG. Its Chinese DOTO..anything can happen. Betting on underdog isnt a bad idea.  

I play dota sometimes but my knowledge doesn't help that much in terms of betting since the strategy in the pro games is just way too different.

I have to say, Faze looked great on their map pick I nearly thought it'll go 2-0 in their favor but Vitality came back swinging on their map pick. The third map was back and forth, after Faze got a good start I think it was 5-1 or 6-1 at one point but Vitality kept bleeding out their economy to secure the lead. There's a couple of crucial rounds where Faze could've gotten more than 7 rounds as they had a man advantage before the bomb plant happens but they tend to struggle on the retakes.

Great win going over 2.5 maps. The way Faze started it seemed like Vitality are clueless and Faze might clean sweep it. They were so crisp and have a great teamplay in first half. It really seemed like they might get Vitality in Dust2 as well. Vitality did a great job making a comeback in second map and won the last map as well. The way Vitality played the first map I almost was going to back Faze but decided to stay put after recalling my betting history backing them  .
