I received notification for V2 and had to input username and ID again. I didnt even notice the change as I was still getting notified from V1 bot.

One thing I noticed with V2 is that the feature monitoring deleted posts is gone. Is it something you plan on putting back?

It's still there. You can go to "Notifications" and click "Enable ModLogs" to enable it. A bit hidden but I will make it better.

Oh I see. I was wondering what the modlog is for when I was exploring the new bot but got a bit cautious and didn't click Thanks.

I wanted to take this opportunity to say thanks for this great tool. I'm using it since a few months, I guess, and it's been super reliable and very, very helpful. I'm not on BCT on a daily basis (well, sometimes, I am, sometimes, I'm not), and that's why it's super cool to get notifications on anything important. If this had a like button, I'd definitely click. ^^

I'm still trying to fix that. Apparently, the forum takes some time to update the user's merit count, and the bot is scrapping the profile just a few seconds after the merit was received, so it gets the outdated value from time to time.

I pushed a potential solution, but I haven't tested it. If the bot still notifies you with the wrong merit count, let me know and I'll try to adjust it.

I just received a merit and it's the same as DroomieChikito that the one showing at the start of the notification/chat message is what you have before, not the current merit that you have. Maybe just add from what variable the merit is then + n to how many merits that the user receives?

I think it's a good idea to display the board as well. Makes it a bit more clear IMO.

Since the data is coming from the forum, I think you cannot do anything about it. For me it’s OK to display even if it's not in line with the actual current merit. I'm still thankful for the bot overall.

I didn't even notice the changes until you pointed it out, however, I prefer how it was before. It's more comfortable to remember where it was posted.

Giammangiato’s bot hadn’t this problem. You might try to look at his code, he recently sent it public, ho have hints on how he managed to achieve accuracy.

BPIP had incorrect Merit counts before, but it seems okay now. Maybe suchmoon can share their solution?

@TryNinja I am using updated bitcointalk superNotifier v2 bot and I need to report one issue.
When I get notification and I click on it, bot opens bot page with reply for last notification message, same as if I click reply myself.
This was not the case and never happened in previous version.

I see. I also noticed the same issue. After searching a bit, it looks like this is an issue with Telegram and not the bot itself.

The maintainer of the lib I use to make the questions actually talked about this yesterday: https://github.com/EdJoPaTo/telegraf-stateless-question/issues/4#issuecomment-683235655

I will see what I can do this fix this. It nothing works, I will probably have to change how the bot makes those questions.
