That only resets the bot state so you get unstuck if something went wrong.

That's an interesting idea though, so I added the command /hardreset which requires an extra confirmation and deletes everything related to you from the database (users, boards, topics, phrases).

IMPORTANT: There is no going back, so only run this if you're sure about it.

I don't see this option inside the menu function. We have to manually type this command right? A little more visibility would be a nice thing in my opinion, with that little warning message of course. With that in mind will you be able to add a button for this function also into the menu? If it's not too much to ask!

At the moment I rather not add to the menu, to be honest. 99% won't ever use this, and I don't want someone running it by mistake.

But with that many commands, I'll add a notice to the menu and create /help or /commands which will give all those extra commands not in the menu (/minposts, /reset, /alt, etc)

Yeah, I also think that the /help command would be helpful. Until now, I didn't even know there were other commands besides /menu. So having a complete list of extra commands would definitely be useful for those who are newbies, even me...

As far as I know, you're still not keeping track of "the first post of a topic", but if you do, how cool would it be if OP receives a notification if someone refers to OP (as I just did here)?

Very late reply which I forgot to make before (), but I'm already tracking the first post of a topic so this is possible.

I'm always a bit worried about false positives, though, so I need to think if there are any edge cases with different languages. I'll see...

So every time someone types "just say" (I wrote it  ), that person would get a notification, right? How do we even overcome this situation?
Because if that phrase were blacklisted, then when someone genuinely mentions that user, he wouldn't get any notifications. And if we do the opposite (the current setting), every time someone uses the words occasionally, he again gets mentioned! Did that got that correct?

Only solution is to enable the option "Only direct messages" on the notifications tab.

That means he'll only get notified if someone quotes one of his posts or writes @Just say (with the @).

Writing "just say" won't trigger a notification.

FYI, around 40 minutes downtime today because of my server provider. Bot is up, sorry about that.

My server provider had to do an emergency migration today at 11:59. I just noticed what happened, so downtime was around 40 minutes.

I'm restoring service right now.

Quick question:

Now that I'm tracking more users, boards, topics... sometimes I find it difficult to see all my notifications.

Does anyone else think the notification messages could have some changing to make them easier to quickly glance at?

The 'after" ones look better! Simple, minimal, and easy to read at first glance. The brackets also make it easier to separate everything quickly. So yeah, it would be a nice addition to the bot. Just my two sats...

@TryNinja, sir, I set up the bot in Telegram so that every mention of my forum username “xmrhopium,” or any merit related to it, would trigger a message in Telegram. I had it set up earlier on my device, but I recently changed it. Now, if someone mentions my Telegram username instead, I receive a notification of Bitcoin talk, which shouldn’t happen.

Is this an error, or did I configure something wrong on my end? Should I adjust the setup or try another method to fix it?
