Stable coins for bounty hunters

I have questions about this as well. Why not use stable coins instead of using your own coins? And then we realize that this is one way for these projects to bloom with their coins.

yes it's not a bad idea if a project pays its participants using stable coins such as USDT, UDSC etc. but I personally prefer to pay using the project Coin itself, who knows in the future or after the project ends, the project coin price may go up high or have a good selling price.

Good to have both, 50-50 it's a win-win situation for the bounty hunters cause they don't have to worry about the token they promoted if it is going to flop or be scammed. A lot of bounty campaigns have already paid out in BTC or Ethereum and some other bounty campaigns I am seeing right have some additional TRX rewards, so it is very much possible to happen.

stable coins greatly in wanted by every bounty hunter as payment for them but it if a bounty hunter to get stable coin is easy of course there should be a bounty manager who really professional to filter the bounty hunter who is really good and has a reputation in the forum.

Stable coins for bounty hunters is a better choice, but the chance of getting rewarded in terms of stable coins is very low. Maybe one in hundred pay bounty hunters with stable coins. End of the day everything is business, and in my view rather than stable coins it is good to pay with coins that are listed to the exchanges. Even if the native tokens were paid, it is good to list them on exchanges at the earliest. This will make the participants benefit out of it.

that's what the developer is about. the use of their tokens for bounty hunter payments or other campaigns can grow their market community. when their market moves well and has a strong and growing market, all of that will be good for investors and the development of the platform. it all depends on how the developer regulates the conditions in each campaign that is run.

It is better in the part of bounty hunters if they are paid with stable coins such as USD and other top coins. But most of the projects are rewarding with their own coin to introduce to crypto market to gain value. So i think only few projects would pay rewards from a stable coin.

Indeed, there are only a few projects that will pay bounties with stable coins, because it only benefits the bounty participants, while the project will be greatly disadvantaged by the implementation of it, although the losses are not too much if calculated.

For the last 2 years, I haven't found a bounty with 50-50 payout on the bounties board, all bounty hunters expect it because stablecoin payouts guarantee income rather than full token payouts, but 50-50 only gets small payouts even though they have limited participants.

I entered this forum to be precise on September 25, 2017, so of course I feel what you are saying, but it only happens for one year, then it is no longer the case and even in the following years many projects have emerged a scam.

2018 was a year where there were many fraudulent projects, I remember at that time many bounty projects emerged that had a pretty good concept and were able to attract investors to invest in the fraudulent Ico project and due to the many fraudulent projects in 2018, many investors are now starting leaving the ico project and relatively prefer investing their money in the market and in several IEO projects that are truly trusted and I personally think that 2018-2019 is a quite difficult year for bounty participants to get income from their work.

i think Just few projects pay in stable coins and when they do, they limit perticipants which is okay. I still prefer paying with native tokens and with a very small small amount of stable coins. Paying with stable coins ensure a wider community base of native coin holders and investors.

I can't see the reason for them to actually adopt the use of payment in stablecoins because their sole aim is for the purpose of projecting their tokens to the world. I think if this be implemented on this forum the purpose of promoting their project will be defeated. I would suggest that, let there be escrow mandatory for all bounties in this forum to ensure the compulsory payment for Hunter's. So, am on the same opinion that, let them pay us in their tokens but it must  be one with prospect.

I think stable coins for bounty hunter as a payment of those who join their bounty campaign is I think a good move and a good thing to consider for every project developer because it will eradicate or prevent the dumping of their own token and I think it will be a win-win situation to both parties.

Getting a project to pay in stable coin or btc and other popular coin is quite difficult as compared to those paying on their own coin.

dont forget the fact that most of these projects cant afford to pay stable coin, the reason why they are paying their own tokens. not to improve their liquidity but with their own token, they dont need to shell out money.
 those projects with real funds are paying their hunters with btc, and at the moment, most of them are gambling sites/casinos.
 not many blockchain projects are willing to pay btc or other known alts. that kind of season was already over, maybe. but we have seen that period in this forum before. hope to see that period come back again. so less hunters will be screwed by these crap projects!

well, it's just that, many bounties are not making stable payments of coins on the grounds that they are also looking for their coin users. however, it is rare nowadays, and when there is such a bounty, sometimes the participants are very limited. however, I still hope that there will be the same bounty as 2017 or 2018. actually, it doesn't matter if you use another coin as bounty, it's just that it is included in the popular coins. I'm pretty sure that it will have a lot of participants. for example, like the bounty launched by the injective protocol.

That only prove that not most of them are willing to spend money, if only they will pay stable coins despite of limited number of participants, then they can get a quality participants and that would help the project, the community, and the crypto crowdsale in overall as these people who are willing are sure legit, not scammers.

It will be a whole new story if new projects can start paying bounty hunters in USD or stablecoin, this have few advantages over paying with your own tokens, if new projects find it as a most for people to try out their new Blockchain they should use airdrops instead, airdrops has the lowest rewards, hardly to get 2$ in airdrops today

As for bounties please start paying in USDT, DAI or USDC, this will erase your sense of 'bounty hunters are killing new projects' idea

Giving stable coins as the reward in bounty campaign is very good for hunters, but i don't think the team want to do that.
The team will need to allocate the funds without using their own token which is very costly.
Maybe bounty hunters community can create stable coin / token on existing blockchain ? Just my thought

No one will pay you in stablecoins, if you want to get USDT, go to the factory and work and transfer your salary to stablecoins. Why should developers do this? After all, they have tokens of their project, why waste it?
You can also get rewards in the BTC by finding bounty companies of the best managers of this forum! Just keep in mind the requirements there are high!
