If I'm the woman there, I will not allow myself to get expose myself with other people and will not wear a mask. Not weird but the face doesn't matter anymore.

Not maybe but they really are protecting their employees and the business too because one case can completely ruin their business and will go back to closing again.

I think that wearing a mask in a crowded environment like the Vegas casinos won’t really protect anyone if there are people with Covid in that environment.Studies have shown so far that if a person with Covid 19 stays for 15 minutes or more in the same office,apartment,shop or any other environment like a casino chances are high that other persons being present will be infected even if they are wearing masks.

If it won't protect anyone then why are people still wearing a mask and why the authorities are requiring us to wear mask?
Actually I haven't read about that study you mentioned, so if you are kind enough, can you please put some link on where do you read that?

In my opinion, it's better to do what the law says that is reasonable.
If wearing masks make people uncomfortable, they could avoid crowds, avoid coming close to people (assuming they can really do this) while moving outdoor "freely". Besides, such study has to be true and verified by most people (especially really qualified people) for it to change the current safety rules.  Better to follow good rules until changed.
And like I stated before, you could still go outside mask-free (no mask covering your nose) without breaking the safety rules. But you'll need to have the mask on your hands just in case  you need to go close to people or people are coming too close to you

I don't really get why some don't want to wear face masks when it's for everyone's safety. There's always a lot of people in Las Vegas and it makes it more dangerous, yet some of them don't want wearing a facemask.

Face masks is just a reduction in area of danger perhaps, its a bit similar to 6 feet distance rule.   Doesnt mean it works and both measures are minor to the main risk of catching it on hands and/or mucous membrane which is the eye nose mouth, thats the big one so far as I know.    
   Russia developing a cure especially well would be a surprise, good for them if they can do it but Im not sure I trust their testing process to avoid apparent risks in the process.   Worst thing is to make a vaccine that causes problems to some then you will never hear the end of the anti vax movement that are currently mostly idiots.

This has to be the biggest problem with the development of the vaccine, all the world wants to have the vaccine available as soon as possible but the reason it takes so long is because scientists need to make sure it is as safe as possible before they start the production, if those safety measures are skipped to try to release it to the public as fast as possible and then we begin to see incidents all over the world this could generate such distrust on vaccines that many other diseases that we can treat right now could make a comeback as people decide to not get vaccinated out of fear.

As such it is better for the vaccine to take a little longer while we continue with the safety measures during that time than to try to rush the vaccine.

It's going to be a slow and long process before we can see all businesses in Vegas being open in public But obviously, casino will be the first one as it will generate the needed money to keep Las Vegas economy up again. I also don't understand why there are people who are against wearing mask. Perhaps they think that it won't improve their chance of getting infected. But at least you have this sort of first line of defence against a spread.

Those phases are batches depending to what the local government or country has decide whichever should be opened first. Or the basis could be how broad that business is in helping their economy to go up and its contribution. As we know, casinos are one of the biggest contribution in a place or country's economy. Some restriction are still going to be applied as said in the article, no poker rooms and possibly more conditions to be added during their operations.

I wrote a little earlier that the vaccine is already being tested on people in Russia. Therefore, the vaccine is likely to appear there in early autumn. We will follow the news and hope that this is how it will happen.

Wearing masks is a preventive measure to not get infected by COVID19 but if you aren't using alcohol or even sanitizers and your don't wash your hands then the masks is quite useless.

They are not the reason but they might be one of the reasons.

You know, gamblers usually go into a casino to have fun, and since most gamblers are men, women gives additional attraction to gamblers so they need to look sexy so gamblers will enjoy and they'll come back. Just like a regular business, they need to have a constant marketing and I think casinos has already considered that as one of the ways to market gamblers.

Duplicate? no.. they need to improve if there's still room for improvement.

The most affected country by coronavirus is The United State of America. The United State has the highest number of deaths.  If we look at the proportion of their death statistics, we will find that less than 1% of people under the age of 18 have died due to coronavirus issues, because their immune system is more powerful than older.

At this point too, online holds the key. Though we are seeing some casinos have started to open up with the safety measure as its their business and also they have to pay up their employees so right on their part, but for people who can avoid it must avoid going to casinos for now. Because still virus is very much active till we have vaccine and it would not make much send to risk too much just to gamble it in casinos for the time being.

Not many of the gamblers in their 60s and 70s are comfortable with the idea of online gambling. On top of that, gambling for them is an avenue for socializing. There will be no socializing if they do gambling online. I have said this previously... the clients for physical gambling differs a lot from those who indulge in online gambling. Changes can really be felt but we dont have any options left but to deal with is since we dont have any options to take since this is the new normal now.

It is still risky for them to open the casinos. Unlike other countries, we all know how people gather in Vegas and how it can be so risky in these times. Cases are still adding up and even though they follow the new normal, they would go out and might be contaminated by the virus outside the casino. It is still better to bet or wage online.
