1.49 ON EARLY MAY BATCH UNIT
I created new FW version that has option to customise DC2DC current (1.3.31-experiment).
If you have COLD ambient temperature (<25C) and slow corner May batch unit:

and you just might get almost ~1.5TH in miner, which is about 1.48TH in pool.
If you don't have slow corner May unit or don't know what Asic corner unit you have, set start voltage to 0.660. I didn't try it but it might give you a bit more.
Just monitor the DCt column in the ASIC stats that it is not over 90, and I don't know how stable it is, so if you leave it over night you might loose hash rate if it falls.
It's in custom FW downloads, 1.3.31-experiment, only for the brave for now.
QUIET MODE IN SP10 1.3.XX
Quiet mode setting for FW 1.3.XX:
Calibration and warm-up:
1) Goto WebUI settings tab -> "Advanced Voltage Settings"
2) Set fans:80%, start voltage:0.660, max voltage:0.740
3) Let the unit run for 30 minutes.
4) Goto "Asic Stats" page
5) Look at the column "vlt". It shows the optimal voltage found per each DC2DC by the SW in millivolts.
6) Remember the maximal (MAX) and minimal (MIN) values. Also look at the AC2DC power=XXXX[YYYY]. XXXX is current power, YYYY is the power limit.
Setting
1) Set the fan to 80%, start voltage to (MIN-10 millivolt) and max. voltage to MAX (note that this field is in volts, not in millivolts).
2) Now you can play with the max Voltage/start Voltage values based on the calibration values. The system will find optimal values within the range. Try steps of 10 or 20 millivolt and see the effect on the hash rate. Leave at least 30mv range between start and max. Do this on warm system (it should be warm after the 30 minute mining). Always compare the hash rate you are getting with the AC2DC power.
3) Once you choose your voltage range and you know the AC2DC power, set your fans. The goal is to have most ASICs in the ASICs page to be in the 77C range. Here is rule of thumb for ~24C rooms: 1250W=80% fans for good performance. If you set to 1000W, you can set to 50% and it should work. Just look at your ASIC page and make sure most ASICs are 77C = then you are not wasting energy on leakage. If most of them are hotter, ether decrease voltage, ether increase fans.
This way you can set the quiet mode you want that will match your temperature and your board.
P.S. We are adding option to control max PSU limit in FW 1.3.30. Default is 1250W, but it worked for us at 1265W - 1% more. You will be able to use that extra power in cold environment only, since in hot ambient the ASIC temperature will limit you. Also in first batch the DC2DC will prevent you from using so much power at 0.670 volt. But in May batch in 0.69v it will help. !! If you set too much, your unit will shut-down and PSU led will start blinking, you will have to power cycle and change limit !!
P.S.S. Well, now you can also change the DC2DC max current from next version. The spec. says 60 Amper, we set upper limit at 61. I recommend not touching those. However, you can try setting them to 62 or 63 if you are in cold environment, and you have some spare power in AC2DC. Just monitor their temperature for the first hour - it's the DCt column in ASICs page. Should be under 90C (it has thermal shutdown around 120C). You will probably need it only if you purchased powerful PSU or some of your loops got broken, so you want to pull more from other loops.
