ETH is not perfect, but I think it will be very difficult to compete with it and even more so to surpass other projects. What to expect for the future of eth?
I think with eth 2.0, faster and cheaper transactions, pos algorithm, more scalability and adoptibility for dapps, defi, securities and automation i expect eth dominance to grow even more and also the value.

Yes, this could become absolute domination if they could actually solve the current issue, especially the crazy gas fees. ethereum will be invincible as long as they meet the market's needs and also solve all their issues

I am expecting that as the eth 2.0 releases and market goes completely north the overall dominancy of eth in the market will further increase and it can reach as high as 30 to 35 percent which may also mean that eth value against btc will increase significantly.

Well, everything is obvious here. When a particular cryptocurrency has success, everyone tries to repeat it, or at least declare it. Another question is if there is a real possibility of achieving the goal in these statements and desires, this plays a big role. To understand this, you need to understand what this or that cryptocurrency means and why it was created. I don't think BTC was created so that everyone could create their own BTC, the same goes for ETH. You write about BNB, but BNB has a completely different purpose and is in no way similar to ETH. Of course, you can believe in a miracle, but as we know, miracles do not happen in reality. If you want to see another cryptocurrency as successful as BTC or ETH, then come up with something new and more in demand.

I totally agree with what you are talking about, ETH is truly really the king of altcoins, but i don not think  ETH would rest content with No.2 in the cryptocurrency. A soldier who does not want to be a general is not a good soldier, maybe someday ETH could take over BTC, become the king in the cryptocurrency.

ETH is increasing in price according to Bitcoin. Although the price of ETH is slow, I believe it is sustainable. The current 532 price level is very impressive compared to the time of 2018. ETH could be the king of the Altcoins in the near term. If Bitcoin continues to rise in price.

haha I'm still waiting for ETH 2.0 until now, mate. Yes, I know it. The developers are doing really really well for the release of ETH 2.0 next month. Even Ethereum is having a good impact right now. Yes, it's very much awaited.

Yes it is and I think it will for a very long time. From the early days ethereum start to hold a good position in the market. And after that it holds the second position with a big marketcap. After taht it never lose its position. In the the market there are lots of competition and some of them are technically better than ethereum. But still people like ethereum. And they hold it. Ethereum is undoubtedly the best altcoin of all time, haven't seen any altcoin that would take Ethereum’s place at the top, despite so many replica projects coming out everyday and challenging Ethereum, it still remain s the king of all altcoins, nothing beats Ethereum, it just keep bossing it, and apart from bnb, the project influence I feel can  affect Ethereum dominance is Polkadot, have really heard alot about it, it's seems promising though, but not sure it can still overtake ETH at the top.

network scalability will be main concern in ethereum 2.0 maybe, there will alot improvement feature included about transaction gas fee which is be main problem for ethereum network user. but let core developers launched it first before we critics what the thing that we dont know.

I am also positive with ETH, projects continues to build on ETH platform so there's direction ETH is going but up. Very true, at least 70% of new projects utilizes Ethereum blockchain, especially DEFI project due to its smart contract feature and ease of creating tokens on top of ETH blockchain, mainly ERC20 and ERC721. When it comes to DEFI projects and NFTs, they heavily rely on ETHEREUM blockchain, hence its essence. I think ETH is a very good coin to hold long term and as OP wrote, it's King of altcoins. Uniswap for instance which is the biggest DEX presently is hinged on ETHEREUM.

Ethereum holds its position in top 2 and title King of Altcoins since its release. Overcoming hardships that comes specially when forsage emerge and DeFi projects its still hanging on and now it is mooning following bitcoin's step.
