Good to see more and more people supporting CleanWaterCoin. I have no doubts it will be the very successful project.

Design is impressive, I doubt the affiliation with H2O, but ... IPO no escrow? Also scrypt? Why not x11 or scrypt-n, you want the coin to die Q4? Edit: How is brightoak.com affliated with this coin, also https://twitter.com/ZachMettra.

A good idea, interested in. But I have to say, if you want do sth for water-cleaning, why not pure POS, save all the energy to other meaningful things?

Or why not just use Worldcoin instead, save the trouble, have all the resources all ready, and there's plenty of people willing to make a WDC donation to meaningful projects as has been proven by the WDC Well, etc.? Bet they would even let you use the coming WDC crowdfunding site with proper diligence?

A better question, can there be too many organizations working on the same charitable cause? With nearly 1 billion people in need and many people dying every day, there isn't nearly enough support.

Edit: How is brightoak.com affliated with this coin, also https://twitter.com/ZachMettra. Great question driftwhisper! Zach is one of the Co-Founders of Clean Water Coin, and also works at Bright Oak which is a design/development/marketing firm based out of Southern California. Another one of the coin devs is from Bright Oak as well; it’s their day job that they referred to in the OP. They put in a lot of resources to help lay the foundation & infrastructure for Clean Water Coin, which is why we have a nicely designed and developed website, graphics, content & copy, etc. Our team has many different strengths and skills, and this is a major reason for all the quality work and effort that has been put into Clean Water Coin and will continue to be put in. We come from professional backgrounds and are treating this as a serious endeavor and venture, you should take comfort in knowing that we are willing to put our names on Clean Water Coin.

How long will the fair launch blocks last?
There will be approximately 250 blocks--these will of course be the first 250 blocks. KGW will kick in after block 1000.

Official Update: Signed NPO Registration DocumentSome have been asking or questioning the legitimacy of Clean Water Coin, so we scanned the filing/registration document signed by the Secretary of State recognizing and approving our Non-Profit Organization in the State of California. You can also verify the registration of CWC by searching "Clean Water Coin" & selecting the corporations field here: http://kepler.sos.ca.gov/ Well I guess that answers any legitimacy concerns. This will be an amazing coin as long as you guys have a smooth launch...so please don't botch it.

I like what I see, a coin with a purpose to make a difference. Sent funds for the PLC and will likely mine at launch.
