I watched the end of this match and it seemed like PSG would manage to come back and play their now-traditional 2-2 draw but this time it didn't work out. I think Luis Enrique is having a hard time motivating the PSG players as they've won everything they could in their country. but even after such poor performances in the first three matches PSG still remains the favorite to win the French championship. perhaps PSG will find better form in a month or two.
PSG is having the worst time in the league right now, not being able to secure a win in the past consecutive three games which is very unlike the French giants. Monaco had an unexpected comeback after a goal from Marquinhos, a late goal that got them the win. Luis Enrique would have to convince the fans that they are still capable of winning the league trophy despite their starting form, it's very much possible that they get back to winning way in the next consecutive games, we would love to see the UCL winners back in action. The situation PSG are in in Ligue 1 right now is very unexpected. They drew the first 2 games but in this game I thought they would win the game somehow. But the way they lost the game against Monaco was really unexpected. PSG scored the first goal, but despite scoring first, the way Monaco came back in the second half was not expected from PSG. There was a huge gap between them in attack, PSG were much ahead in possession of the ball, but despite such a good performance, their attack was not effective, and this was not expected from PSG. Now PSG is sitting with only 2 points in 3 games, while Monaco is now at the top with 3 wins. But PSG has to come back, now the gap of points seems to put some pressure on them, but I hope PSG will retain the title.

PSG will win the championship when the league ends. PSG dominated the game. Luis Enrique football has not expired. It is still interesting to watch. Luck wasn't on the side of PSG, that's why they lost the game. Next time, they should do better.

Monaco, on the other hand, made excellent use of the few opportunities they had. Paris Saint-Germain lost 1-2 after conceding goals in the second half. We all know Paris Saint-Germain's past successes in France. I think we will see a similar outcome this year. They've just had an unexpectedly poor start to the season. They've only managed two points in three matches, and these are the players who won the Champions League last year. They're not fully ready yet, but once they are, it will be impossible to stop them.

I think since they started dominating the league they have not had this kind of league starting before, how could a previous champions League winner had three matches on there league against subordinate club's to them and they could not win a single leg, I wonder what Enrique is doing this time because this is unlike his coaching, this wining AS Monaco got from them was what I predicted PSG to have after there two draws, actually if Enrique had not play some of their top strikers I would have said it was the cause but they were all in the match and the first goal started from them before being defeated by AS Monaco.

yes, PSG's performance as the clear favorites hasn't been impressive so far. but let’s not forget who the team played against in the first three matches of the championship. it's quite difficult to play Rennes and Lille away from home, they're good teams. Monaco is also among the league leaders. essentially, PSG played against contenders for the top spots. Monaco is currently first in the table, Lille is third and Rennes is fifth. PSG's next match is away in Brest and if they fail to win that match we can talk about a crisis.

As far as I can remember, this is PSG's worst start in recent years. After three rounds, they have only two points, and they're already seven points behind Monaco, which is a lot for just three rounds. I'm starting to think such a bad start could cost them the championship. PSG aren't playing poorly, they attack a lot, but they could score more. But what I don't like most is their defense, they're conceding an unusually high number of goals.

PSG's defeat to Monaco demonstrates the lack of justice in football, but the fact that a team like PSG failed to sign a quality goalkeeper also raises questions. The second goal PSG conceded was Safonov's fault; he let a shot hit him and go into the net despite it coming straight at him from a tight angle. PSG created countless chances, particularly in the first half, but managed to convert only one. After Monaco made the score 1–2, PSG created numerous scoring opportunities but either failed to capitalize on them or were thwarted by an excellent performance from the Monaco goalkeeper. Three weeks of the league season have passed, and PSG has still not managed to secure a win.

I wouldn't worry about PSG if they hadn't already drawn two matches of the season. Their performance in the first two matches was very poor, fortunately they managed to avoid defeat. So their performance against Monaco still looks questionable. After watching the first 20 minutes of the game, I guess the match is going to be a 1-1 draw.
It seems your doubts were actually justified. But it wasn't a draw in the end; it was a painful defeat. After the previous two matches, we might have thought that PSG simply needed some time to adapt to their new players. But after the third match and another disappointing result, I now realize that PSG seem as if they were not fully prepared for the new season. On top of that, their key defender, Nuno Mendes, was suspended, which made PSG's defense look even more vulnerable. With results like these, it seems Enrique is still struggling to build chemistry within the team, so I will avoid betting on PSG until they start showing more consistent results.

It now 3 league games without a win for PSG, the current league holders and champions league holders have just managed to get points in possible 9. This defeat today is unacceptable, you can’t lose games like this at home, it a derby and PSG messed it up. One thing I noticed about PSG this season is they don’t create chances like they do in the previous season. I know the French league is not really competitive but if you keeping dropping points like this, it will prove costly.
Monaco dropped a good performance, they converted the chances that were created and defended well after that. It was an entertaining game for we the spectators. Monaco now have 9 points from possible 9. Will this season be their season.
I watched the end of this match and it seemed like PSG would manage to come back and play their now-traditional 2-2 draw but this time it didn't work out. I agree with you when you say that the problem could be the motivation: the players are good, extremely good, there is no doubt about that, but at this point it may be possible that is becoming difficult to find a lot of motivation in the Ligue 1 at least, the Champions League is a different story of course. But this bad start is not necessarily a negative thing, they can use it to actually motivate themselves now that many people are criticizing them.

PSG's performance at the beginning of every season is very ordinary, even with criticism. In the Champions League, they do not seem to be a strong team at the beginning. But whenever difficult times come, PSG shines. They can be seen performing strongly from the knockout stage in the Champions League and in the last 10-15 rounds of matches in Ligue 1. In the matches before that, they can be seen swaying like a drunk. The first three matches were certainly disappointing and critical, but they have not failed yet. I believe that they will be the Ligue 1 champion again and will show their strength in the Champions League as well. But I do not expect the Champions League title in any way.

Sure, but I think one of there major challenge now is no competition, and it has made them relax too much. They feel that anytime they are ready, they would win all there matches and climb up the leather as usual. They are giants and everyone or teams know it. Even in there weakness presently, I believe the likes of AS Monaco and others will still be afraid and hoping they keep losing while they keep winning to take there chances early enough. If it were to be in the EPL, and PSG is an English team, they wouldn't have been too relaxed because they know the likes of Chelsea, city, Arsenal, united and other top clubs will quickly find ways to take over.. let's see how long Enrique and his men will take to seat up and take there place. The league just started, it's just week three, let's see how it goes.

I think for me the worst match performance and result today has to be the match between Lens and Lorient, I had thought it was going to be an easy straight win for the Lens, but only to disappointed at the result I’m seeing. although i didn’t get to watch the full match to understand what went wrong but I had my money on the Lens based of their recent performance, this loss did cost me some few dollars and that why is so annoying to me that’s why I don’t even bet on the French league side the have a way of disappointing me when ever I try to place a bet on them but when I don’t, they play the exact same thing I predicted. I don’t want to believe they lost the match due to a red card, because when I checked the match details, I saw that the red card they got was at the very last minutes of the game, which should definitely not affect the result of the match if they had played well in the game. I think it’s just a bad day for them i guess.

Anyways let's see how things go with them.

Lens is turning into something different from what many people were expecting from them. Based on Lens last form and how they started their first match of the season, almost everyone believed they were going to do well and also be a threat to PSG. But the results they have been getting are not impressive at all. Just three games in, and they have already lost two. Other competitions have not started yet, so I’m just imagining. if the other competitions started, how would their performances be? It may be worse than this because their focus would be divided and they would not have much time to rest enough and prepare well for other matches. It’s not only you that bet on them to win this match against Lorient today. What even gives more bettors confidence is that the match is being played at their home. We all know how teams usually play at home, they always tend to be stronger when they are playing in front of their home fans. But they couldn’t even manage a draw. This is really disappointing, honestly.

The performance they had against Monaco, I don't think is sufficient to reflect how their whole season will turn out because it looked like Monaco was just the better team under the inspiration of a new coach who looks serious to make a name for himself in the French league after departing from the Brazilian league. I still strongly believe that PSG will be the team to win the French league no matter how successful Monaco Will play to be this season, Their best results will be qualifying for the Champions League and finishing at a very good position below PSG because such a team that already has a winning mentality we always find a way to bounce back in the season and go for the title and if Monaco lacks that's title winning mentality it will take a while to build and they will need to fight for it.

You should know that Lorient is a team that can pose a strong challenge to Lens. And we saw in their last meeting last season that Lorient also defeated Lens 2-1. That match was quite similar to their recent encounters, where Lens has generally dominated the statistics. And Lens also has better ball possession than Lorient. But Lens’s problem seems to be the same as last season, where they still need to address their weaknesses on offense to maximize the big scoring opportunities they should be able to capitalize on to create goals. If Lens continues to play like this in upcoming matches or even if they still fail to recognize how poor their finishing is then I’m certain they’ll suffer defeat after defeat in the next stage.

I would say that from the end of the World Cup to the beginning of the season, however, some time has passed and i believe that the players have had the opportunity to rest and regain their strength. The thing i don't really understand is how such a strong team even drew their last match in the championship, risking losing it. It's only going by luck, but sooner or later that ends.
I agree, by now the break excuse is wearing thin. Those players had enough time to rest and the squad is deep enough to rotate. But I wouldn't call the late equalisers pure luck, they kept pushing until the end and created chances. The real issue for me is that they go behind too easily, and against a better side than Lille that probably ends in a loss. So yes, sooner or later that habit will catch up with them, unless Enrique fixes the defensive balance first. Everyone is always complaining about the fact that the players were rested shortly after the end of the championship. It's true there are players who played the World Cup in America, but from the end of the World Cup to the start of the championship, there was still time to rest. Aside from the fact that there were pre-season friendlies, the players were also given time to recover. So we won't use that much as an excuse. Honestly, the break excuse was never that strong to begin with. They had enough time to recover, and the squad depth is there if they really wanted to rotate, so I don't buy that narrative either. What bothers me more is exactly what you said about going behind too easily. Late equalisers show character, but if they keep conceding first against mid-table sides, a better opponent will punish them before they even get a chance to push. And I'm not sure Enrique can fix it with small defensive tweaks, the issue looks more like a structural one with how high the fullbacks play and how much space they leave in transition. That's a system thing, not just a backline thing, so it won't be solved by a lineup change alone.

PSG is gradually losing it this season and before you know it, the season with long gone and difficult for them to meeting pp. PSG defence needs total liberation and I don't think Enrique is going to get it as easy this season because we know that more teams are putting out very good ever I. Monaco is currently topping the league with their 3 wins in 3 games after coming from behind to win PSG. If the league continues this way, PSG may never see the league this season. This is the beauty of competition, various teams making the most out of the competition. My question now becomes, is this how PSG will play the champions League or we should not conclude yet? Enrique has to fix his defense as a matter of fact to get prepared for the champions League which is just days away. But they're even lucky to be playing a smaller team like Slovan Bratislava in the champions League, working on his players especially the defence is supposed to be a matter of urgency for the task ahead.

PSG's performance at the beginning of this season has been terrible, in fact, we never imagined that this team would go three games without a win. After winning the UEFA Champions League for two consecutive seasons and winning the most French league titles, everyone expected them to start every season with a bang. I think Monaco have started the French league this season with a bang as they managed to beat an experienced club like PSG 2-1 in their last match, which has put them at the top of the points table. PSG have not been able to win against any team in Ligue 1 this season even with their strongest XI, but this team might be able to win the first match of the upcoming UEFA Champions League.
