You're right PSG is one team that is blessed with top quality players which are ready to step up to the occasion so whether there is Dembele or Doue or not I see PSG securing very good points especially in the champions League, because they have the squad depth to do that.

1.35 odds for Marseille to win. Too low but normal. I would rather bet on -1.5 handicap on Marseille @1.88 for this game. I know Marseille didn't start well but I think this will be a big opportunity to boost some morale.

It seems like the last time they played and lost, well let's forget about how poor they performed and this game can be something different for us to see how good they can be but I'm not putting my money on them since the couldn't act like the big side against a smaller team. This game can be a free scoring game for Marseille but my fear is how prepared they are to take on Lorient even if they're playing home, it could be another struggling game for Marseille if they don't take control of this game starting from the first half.

I am definitely something that is enough for them. They do not really need more to do anything, they just need to keep it going this way without dropping too much in quality. If they can do this, then they are going to do a lot better, so that's true.

I think it's clear that losing Doue and Dembele will be terrible for them and would prefer to have them both, but it's still not suddenly becoming a team that may lose towards some simpler teams during this week. They are strong enough all around to win all the games and won't get burned out that quickly. I am sure when the players come back, it's going to be even hard to fail the momentum they have. You are right. They do have enough talent to play as well without them. It is the way the balance is changed upon their coming back. At this moment Barcola and even 17-year-old Mbaye are trusted with larger roles, and it turns the entire squad to buy into system football rather than waiting until Dembele dribbles them up the field. And if you choose a handicap of -1.5 for Marseille to score at odds @1.88, that's pretty good, but I personally prefer Marseille over 2.5 at odds @2.16. Both carry significant risk, but I prefer the higher odds.

We all know that PSG are far more stronger than most teams in Ligue 1, but the main challenge of this season for them is in the Champions League, as they are currently the defending champions, which create an extra pressure on them again. The knockout rounds as usual are always tough, and looking at their fixtures, it won’t be an easy task. In league 1, they can still make mistakes and still win, but in Europe, they will need to be at their very consistent in every match.

Not many are worried about PSG in Ligue 1. It's just that perhaps if some players get injured and ultimately cannot play in the Champions League, that is what might raise concerns among fans.
