I don't remember when last I heard that there is a strong team in Ligue 1 apart from PSG. Lens is not strong if not we have seen them several times challenging PSG in the title race. Currently, PSG is the only strong team in Ligue 1, other clubs are weakly to them in all aspect. You called them strong but they couldn't put up a good fight with PSG in order for them to share point with PSG.

If we want to count the strong teams in the French Ligue 1, Lens wouldn't be included at all because even in recent years i haven't seen Lens as one of the strong teams at all. In the last 10 years, it was only in 2022/2023 season that Lens put up a good fight in the title race but they could only emerge runners-up while PSG won the title with just a point difference. If we are to talk about the strong teams in the Ligue 1 then we have teams like Monaco, Marseille, Lille, and Lyon because these are the teams that have really struggled to outsmart PSG but yet they were all overpowered. The league is gradually becoming uninteresting due to PSG's dominance, they should better start putting up big challenge and win the title before PSG will monopolize it. Since 2020/2021 season when Lllle won the title, no team could win it again as they have all abandoned the title for PSG.

In order to compete with PSG, huge amounts of money are needed, and investors, understanding this, do not want to get involved with this, because it is difficult and too expensive. In my opinion, Marseille made such attempts, but they realized that they needed to spend much more money for this. Maybe an Arabian  company from Qatar or Saudi Arabia will have the financial strength to build a club that will compete with PSG.

Olympique Marseille brought in Roberto De Zerbi from the EPL and bought some players and I thought they would give PSG a strong competition.  But they performed below expectations. The club that has given PSG a big fight was Lens in 2022/2023 when the defending champions won the League by just one point.

PSG is the strongest team in Ligue1 every other team in the league is just there to challenge the other teams excluding PSG so it's not wrong if you don't regard them as strong teams, when the other teams have what they need to challenge PSG that should be the time we see them as strong teams for now they are just there.No other team can challenge the 1st team of PSG they need to fund their team then buy players before they can stand PSG.

PSG has always been dominating in the Ligue 1 other teams are just there to fulfill all righteousness, in a season one can be able to count how many games that PSG has lost and the teams that won them i believe the rest of the team are only fighting for the remaining position and also play to avoid been relegated.

Hell nah I don't think so, the last time I checked the only strong team in that league is Paris Saint Germain and no one comes close, and one thing you must know about that league is no team there is consistent with their performance, like you will see a team doing absolutely well this season then the next season that same team is the worst of team in that league, it's kind of confusing, even LOSC that tried to win the league few seasons back now is struggling to win match, so long as Paris Saint Germain is concern in that league there's no strong team.

After that, Lyon team could not score any more goals. Rennes team players could not perform well in the first half, but performed very well after halftime.

I don’t know what come over Lyon in this match after their successfully won their first three matches in this campaign against Lens, Metz, and Marseille, I expected this match against Rennes should be an easy win since they started the campaign really well and have defeated some teams that are better than them; and for the fact that they have good winning records ahead of them across all competitions, I never expected Lyon to lose.

These are the same mistakes these average teams make in the League1 that made them them to always fall behind PSG; they are supposed to take these chances to get maximum points before playing tough matches so that they will give PSG the competition they need.

I wasn't expecting much from Atalanta honestly because of how they have been handling things this season which I think is not the way they did last campaign and with the manager Gasperini leaving the side to join another Serie A team doesn't tell if these guys will even be contending for any title this season so playing against the champions only tells how humiliating the game will be for Atalanta.
PSG really did great to play like the team never had any injury players that wasn't present and I was thinking that it will affect them. The host team never came to the champions league to joke but to  defend their title without minding who their opponent will be and this is a good example of a team that wants to continue winning games and titles so they have to stay sharp at all times.
