Now PSG have won 5 games in a row all competition and Luis Henrique still easily to manage PSG keep in the title race of Ligue 1 this season, last night PSG fully dominance the games not only with ball possession but also can created 13 shots on target.
Forget with amazing victory at Champion League because upcoming match in Ligue 1 PSG will face Marseille, its classic match of Ligue 1 and both fans have high intention for watching the super big match. Yes, his performance at Man City is indeed good. It will be difficult for PSG to find a goalkeeper like him at this time. What people should know is that there is a time for everything so each player has their vision planned out and if he feels that his time is up in a particular club then such a player can move.


Dannarumma has contributed his best to the success of PSG so if he feels that his time is over in PSG the club should give him that respect, I believe that he is now happy in his new club Manchester City is one club that fits his style of football.

If PSG signed a good replacement keeper for Donnarumma, They're not going to feel his absence that much, and besides Donnarumma isn't going to stay at United forever. So one day he's definitely going to leave or retire, so would that mean that PSG won't continue to exist? PSG is lucky that Chevalier performed as expected, the story might have been different if Donnarumma had performed well with Manchester City while Chevalier struggled with PSG. I think the quality of both goalkeepers will become clear when they are under pressure. It's understandable that Donnarumma is currently considered better, as he is far more experienced.

On the other hand, from a fan perspective, some of them certainly regret Donnarumma departure. After all he gave his all for PSG and the management should have kept him at all costs. Manchester City is also lucky to have acquired Donnarumma right before the transfer window closed.

Perhaps PSG have already considered other goalkeepers they consider better than the current one, even though everyone knows that the PSG goalkeeper is the best goalkeeper, still quite productive at an age when he can save deadly balls from any striker. I hope PSG doesn't make any mistakes in this regard so that PSG can remain strong in the Champions League. Because there's no team comparable to them in Ligue 1, there's no team on PSG's level. The game between PSG and Atalanta was a walk over for me... They were even lucky it didn't count up to 10. Atalanta has been experiencing a very huge setback and this should count as one of their worst situations ever; I don't know what they're doing about it, but a win like this one must have pushed them into finding solutions for their problems.

Barcola actually lost a penalty, a few more players also lost good chances they would have converted into goals.. That only means that this was an easy defeat and all they needed to win was play.

It remains to be seen whether they will be affected by the loss of Donnarumma. That player is incredible and one of the best goalkeepers around, something that the current PSG goalkeeper is not, so it's still too early to say whether they haven't lost us.

Donnarumma is a good goalie and has gone to City to continue his career. I don't think that PSG will miss him because there's a replacement already and he is younger. I believe that it was because of his age that made Enrique Luiz not to renew his contract.

I expected PSG to win, but I didn't think it will be that easy for them. Atalanta is a solid club, they finished 3rd in Serie A in the last season and won the UEFA cup in 2024. If we look at the game stats, we can see the level of PSG's dominance, it's almost like they played against a team two levels below them.
Unfortunately, the other two French teams didn't have much to show for themselves. Marseille got beaten by Real, but still playe a decent game, and Monaco got absolutely destroyed by Belgian Club Brugg (4-1) which is a bit of an embarrasment, given they were (and currently are) a 3rd best team in France.

In the next UCL round, Marseille is to face Ajax at home, so they will be a favourite, Monaco is hosting Man City (so likely to lose again) and PSG is playing away against Barcelona, which could be the most interesting match of round 2.

PSG obviously an elite level team, even without their best players. I am sure that they are going to be even better. Having a high quality manager like Louis Enrique is doing wonders for them, and that is going to be the best case for them. This is why I have a big trust in them to reach a high level at UCL again, unless they face a big tough team earlier.

Because this team should be easily going to semi finals, they are definitely the top four team without a doubt, but if they face like eventual champions or anything, maybe it may end quicker. In the end, we shouldn't really be worried, because they can definitely do a good job. PSG has destroyed Atalanta even without their important players, that shows how strong they are.

You know Lyon is one funny club side and the way they performed last season was too poor to even rate them high and this campaign I think they started at a slow pace and losing to Rennes last week doesn't tell if they can recover in this encounter against Angers, they're not even seen as one of the big clubs in the Ligue 1 these days.
