I am not even kidding, I would have put Salah over Vitinha, he brought Liverpool so much success again with his insane performance. But yeah, we all knew Dembele would have won it. Doue seems like he is great too, and Vitinha as well, like the whole PSG is doing great and Dembele deserved it, Kvara is somewhere in there too.

PSG as a team got high ranking players which shows you that even though Dembele won, it's not a one man achievement that made this possible. This should be not a bad thing because it allows them to keep winning as we can see, even when two players are missing. In these cases, the best player of the team that has won the most is always rewarded. It is clear that there are some exceptional players in the squad, one above all Donnarumma, but the strongest player is rewarded, who is usually always the number ten. Dembele deserved the award.

I was even suprised the gave it to the most deserving winner cause I came across several media pages on the net that claimed the list was leaked and the winner was Yamal, I was kinda worried thinking they'll play their normal politics and rob another legit winner for a Barcelona player but fortunately they did the right thing and made this years Ballon d'Or event very interesting.

 The organisers of that show were lucky they didn't bring their usual politics into this year's event else they would've been dragged more than ever and ruin the awards cause people won't trust their judgement anymore. Anyways seeing Dembele holding his award in the presence of his mom is a scene of joy, he's made his family very proud.

They giving it to dembele on merit is not even because they where afraid of what fans will say but because their a little transparency in the voting pattern this year more than before and also God's will for him to be crowned among all. Other years award where given based on who they want and not who deserved it that was why other years award raised a lot of complications that even made players begin to hate each other all because of the authorities mistakes but now there  honesty have brought about love and determination among players to get to the top because they know the award will be base on merit and not political appointment

What a start to the season it's been. Four teams currently share 12 points and are tied for first place. Paris Saint-Germain is second on goal difference, and Monaco leads the league. Of course, we don't know for sure if this will last, but I still think Paris Saint-Germain will be champions at the end of this season. Still, we're looking at a truly exciting scoreline after five matches. What a fantastic achievement Marseille achieved.

For PSG to have same number of points with the other teams doesn't mean they're not in any way trying to stay at the top, PSG has been the champions for years now and non of these teams with the same point have tried to bring them [PSG] down and I don't expect to see PSG as champions this season in the Ligue 1 because I feel that PSG have too much on their plate to still have that energy to win the League title with the way players are getting injured, it might not happen for PSG to win the Ligue 1 title but it will be bad if the likes of Monaco and Marseille are not trying to get their hands on the title and if PSG eventually wins the Ligue 1 title it means the other teams are only in that division to congratulate PSG every season.

Dembele truly deserves the award, as his contribution was so significant last season that being in the category and winning the Ballon d'Or is a tremendous achievement for him. Some people thought Yamal would win the award, but he missed out because Dembele was chosen based on various considerations. Congratulations, this is a tremendous achievement for Dembele, and after a long wait and a career of ups and downs, he finally won the award that many had hoped for.

Dembele certainly deserved this award. He was delighted to win it and will strive to do so again this year. During the reign of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, everyone knew one of these two players would win. Now that they've retired from football, it's exciting to see different players win this award. Perhaps we'll see another award like this from Mbappé next year. Even with Paris Saint-Germain stars leaving the team, their squad is so strong that every year, a player who has played for Paris Saint-Germain seems poised to win this award.

Marseille did what everyone has wanted to do for a long time. They beat Paris Saint-Germain. I think every team in the French league dreams of winning against Paris Saint-Germain. Yes, people in general are always controversial, but you would never expect it from the father of one of the strongest players currently. I say that those statements could have been avoided, they were really in bad taste and in fact he was criticized by everyone, understandably he made a fool of himself.

I think they won't have the chance to repeat themselves this year, they certainly won't be eliminated straight away, that's for sure, but they certainly won't have the chance to play another final straight away and maybe even hope to win it, there are many teams that are coming back and can't wait to win it.
Playing another champions league finals this season will actually be a miracle for PSG and this does not mean they are weak or they are less of a team as they have been but we all have to admit that last season  they had a bit of luck on their side, although  they did put in the work but this season they are not likely to be that lucky, getting  far in the champions league is very much possible, in fact If I see them in the semi finals I will not really be surprised but if I see them playing  the finals them I will be surprised but will applaud them evening they do not get to win but the tension this season is higher ap it is very unlikely they eventually win the trophy again for the second  time.

Marseille handed PSG their first defeat of the season, well maybe the match being postponed had a huge effect on this game. The match was suppose to be played on 21 then later on moved to 22 which was the day the ballon D’or ceremony will be held so I feel most PSG players lost concentration in that game. Well as a football player it no excuse but I have feeling it contributed.

Marseille benefited from an own goal from the captain Marquinhos, they held on to that lead till the very end of the match, PSG could have scored, PSG should have scored but they were very unlucky and it cost them all 3 points. They are now level with Monaco, Lyon and Strassborg  on 12 points, it going to be a very interesting season I promise you.

PSG is a great team this season too. The bonding between the players is quite strong. Even though two of the most important players in the squad, Dembele and Doue, are out of the squad due to injuries, we did not see any impact on PSG's overall performance. PSG won the first match of the Champions league with a great performance. PSG's overall  performance is organized. Whatever , it is also true that dominating the Champions League for two consecutive seasons is much more difficult. PSG's chances of winning the Champions League title this time are somewhat low. Anyway , I guess the team will at least be able to qualify for the semi-finals.

Injuries are a game changer for many footballers. Ousmane Dembele used to be prone to injury with Barcelona, maybe less with PSG, yet it is hard to escape from it especially when you are a talented player.
Dembele deserved the Ballon d'Or Because of his achievements with his team, mainly the UEFA Champions League title. Obviously there is many good players that deserved this trophy like Salah from Liverpool, yet his team didn't do well internationally.
I don't think Dembele will be affected a lot from the injury, maybe he will decline because it is hard to keep the same high level like what happened in the previous season.

Yeah, you're right about his injuries. At Barcelona he was almost always injured that he didn't get the chance to showcase his talent. I knew Dembele from Borussia Dortmund and he was very talented, the way he was mesmerising defenders and getting in and out of tight corners. When Barcelona signed him, he wasn't always available for them because of injuries and I think that's why they sold him. At PSG his impressed so we'll that I can't even remember the last time he was out on a serious injury.

Paris Fc lost at home to Strasbourg by 2:3 if Paris FC is to remain in the French ligue 1 then they will have to start getting results because I have not been convincing with their performance with the way that they conceive goals am really afraid of if they will not be relegated, with the type of players that Paris FC signed I expected that they will be competitive but they have only won two matches out of their five game's.


Paris FC is not playing very well the coach should do a better job one area of the team that the coach has to work on is in the area of the defense because with the way that they have been conceiving goals the team is in serious problems.

Strasbourg Alsace football team was dominant against Paris football team because players of that team did back to back goals in this match And we saw one sided match. Páez was a person who did first goal of the match and he did this goal at 27 minutes And after that we saw no goal in this half as Doué did second goal of the match and that was at the 78 minutes . At that point, Strasbourg Alsace team side was dominant because opponent team score was zero at that time but after that we saw change in the match . Emegha was a person who did last goal of the match and that goal was at 87 minutes.Dicko was a person who did goal and tried to come back in this match in which he was unsuccessful . Gory did last goal of the match but that team lost the match.

Strasbourg Alsace was not particularly dominant in this match. Even in the first half Paris FC had more possession than they did and even launched more attacks. Strasbourg Alsace only managed to create one chance in the first half. However they were fortunate to convert that chance into a goal through Chelsea's young wonderkid Kendry Paez. In the second half Paris FC actually looked more dominant. However Strasbourg Alsace once again showed an effective attack that resulted in a goal through a counterattack, where they took advantage of the moment after Paris FC failed to attack Strasbourg Alsace. In the 81st minute Paris FC managed to score a pretty quick goal through Nouha Dicko. Unfortunately in the 87th minute Strasbourg Alsace managed to extend their lead through the speed of Emanuel Emegha who ran quickly to score a goal and even the referee had to check the var. But finally it was decided to be a goal. In the final minutes Paris FC could only close the gap to 2-3 from Strasbourg Alsace through a goal from Alimani Gory.

I also think Paris FC didn't play very well in this match. Their performance was far below expectations given their possession. And it seems they lacked the cohesion to create good chances to score goals. Even their last goal was a lucky one for me. We can see that the assist was unintentional. And even Strasbourg Alsace goalkeeper seemed caught off guard. I think Paris FC needs significant improvement and even valuable lessons from this match.

When a team has almost 700 passes you expect more. In my case, however, this is not a matter of luck. It is they are the second time this season (do remember Angers opening day) that they get off the boards with possession and shots and still lose due to nothing getting through. Only Real Madrid have been able to win the Champions League back to back. Apart from them no other club has done it. This is why I don't think that PSG can defend the title because they cannot be in the same form like last season. Many clubs have improved their performance by by additional players to strengthen the team. I believe that PSG will find it difficult to win some big teams that they defeated last season.

I would have loved to see a different club entirely winning the title this season.
