It could be that PSG is gradually going down the decline lane because their last few games has been mostly characterised by some struggles and a less winnings.  Lille counted lucky but they still deserved it. Ordinary this game is one which they were supposed to win but they have some defensive lapses that should be taken care off because if not they may have to suffer more of this which is not good for their hopes to defend the champions league title.

Regarding PSG’s attacking line, it’s not surprising that they played poorly this time, because so many players are injured. Due to injuries, Dembele, Kvaratskhelia, Marquinhos, Neves, and Ruiz remained on the bench. I think these are huge losses, and considering all that, a draw doesn’t seem like such a bad result.

From the image in this post I can see the happiness on Mbappe's face due to the good performance of this kid brother, PSG is a big team, one of the best in the world and the best in France and if anyone could perform well against them it means the player has lots of potential and with the way young Mbappé is performing he could end up playing for PSG like his brother did in the past.

Obviously they still have their quality intact as they did not sell of too many players over the transfer window and so far they have still bee exhibiting that domineering strength but definitely the pressure now will be much more thsnnit was last season and they just cannot help but have that timenof relaxing and probably refocus on certain titles while they could think of trading one for another because I doubt if this season they will be able to make another treble like they did last season again.

At that point, PSG knew they had to defend that goal with their lives... They tried but Ethan, just like his brother would do, sneaked in the ball from such a distance into the net. You know how much confidence it'd take for you to beat PSG's defense, let alone to score a goal from outside the box? Mbappe celebrated and his face litted up-- I'd do the same too.
Anyway, it was a tough game for both teams and they earned a decent amount of respect for themselves, while the points were shared as usual!

PSG can never justify their defeat by saying that their best player was absent. Some players may be absent due to some problems, but the manager should consider the 11 players he will field as a strong team and each of those 11 players should be considered the best player. Paris Saint-Germain won Barcelona because it was a game that wouldn't afford to record defeats, they came prepared and took three solid points that brought them to Spain. Common we cant be comparing PSG in domestic Ligue One games to them featuring in the UEFA Champions League. They're both different, we know how long Les Parisiens flop in performance, they will always find their way back to the top and winning will always become a routine for them. PSG draw against Lille was expected because they were not giving their 100% performance and draw game is leveled atleast the points is shared between the clubs. Paris Saint-Germain understood what's involved and its a ride to go along with.

The benefit of being this strong is that even when PSG got a tie, they are still leading the league, which allows them to rotate and even if they get less than desired results, they are not really that bad at all. We have seen PSG lose points before, they lost a game to Marseille, and now got a draw against Lille, and yet they are still leading the league. It means that they are doing fine even with many injuries and rotations.

This allows them to rest some of their players and give them some break, would allow them to get better returns as well. What we are not seeing however is the players failing to run, every player knows exactly what they should do, even if they are bench players, and that is their strength.

Small mistakes do not matter when you are as big as PSG, it's definitely not a great deal but it is not impossible to have these results even when you are dominant. Look back on all the years PSG won the title, do they have any that ended with 100% win? Damn broo! Reading that post got me smiling,  because how can he be so accurate?! I have a thing for full-time draw games but how did I not think about that outcome? Well, i must have underestimated them ahead of this fixture because in the last five fixtures at home, they have just lost a game to Lyon. PSG still leads but they better buckle up,  De Zebri seems ambitious this season. Kylian Mbappe and Leny Yoro were present during that game tooo. Yes, it's true, Paris Saint-Germain is practically the French champion again without even playing, they don't have a decent opponent and the teams can't compete with the purchases they can afford, I think this doesn't help the French championship which will sink further and further.
