I still do not find it like PSG is weak, I believe it is just a down time for them of which I know  they will still bounce back on their feet and this few losses is just a normal that happens with big teams that does not stop them from winning the league title for the season.  PSG are still very much contenders for the title and I believe  they are not going let slack of it.

That makes sense, every team is potentially subject to ups and downs in performance, and PSG is no exception. At a glance, PSG dip in form presents a big opportunity for other Ligue 1 contenders to win the trophy, making the competition in Ligue 1 appear more competitive than usual. However, with the squad depth that PSG possesses, they will find it very easy to rebuild consistency and take back the top spot in the standings. Lens, Marseille, Lille, and Lyon usually run out of steam when entering the second half of the season.

This week, they immediately bounced back with a big 5-0 win over Rennes. Georgian player Khvicha Kvaratskhelia scored 2 goals in this match and was named man of the match. The player, who was brought in from Napoli, an Italian Serie A club, at a fairly expensive price of 70 million euros last season, is quite worth that price. But last season Khvicha got poor playing time at PSG, only playing 14 times in one season, which is very bad considering the high price and only being given 14 opportunities to play.

Lens consistent improvement this season calls for scrutiny why it is happening, most teams with poor performance never thinks of going back to there drawing board to see if they could identify the reasons behind there inconsistent performance yet they keep pushing without knowing if that mistake is not corrected, they will still stay stagnant know matter the invested capital. Lens came with believe they could steal the glory away from paris saint German but I don't think that could be possible because PSG has quality players capable of cutting across opponents restricted areas to force them concede unexpected goals, which I strongly believe they will do to get back to the top before the end of the season.

Lens competed very well, they gave a color that could strengthen the French League 1 in a tough situation, although I am the same as you that Lens will not last long at the top, what's more PSG have a much better squad, they are only focusing on the Champions League for now it seems, Luis Enrique might say that "let them be happy first" to make this league not like PSG's league, to be honest, Marseille are in the top competition, only they are more inconsistent, The last 15 matches have been 2 draws, 9 wins and 2 losses so the points are 4 points away from PSG.

PSG would not have lost that game if they had their players back, but with this many players missing I think it's clear they are not going to get what they want. I think it's clear that they are seeing what could change a lot more on the long term.

We should focus on how to get it changed and should not be considering them bad yet. They are not going to have one of those seasons where they lose the title, PSG will get the league again. It is just not going to look like it will be big gap when they win, it would be just few points difference with second team.

Marseille lost their match yesterday, and for Lille that win only allowed them to get the same number of points that Marseille have. Today Lens will play against Nantes, and after that PSG will play at home against Rennes. I am almost certain that PSG will win their match. As for Lens, I am not sure, for me it is surprising that they are currently at the top of the table, and I think PSG might soon overtake them. By the way, Rennes are also in good form right now, but I think that in a home match PSG are expected to beat them.

I'm not surprised that Marseille are dropping points back to back unnecessarily when they are meant to be consistently winning their matches to overtake PSG in the French Ligue 1 table because they are very good at doing that, and that's the reason why they haven't stopped PSG from winning the French Ligue 1 title. Lens won Nantes 1-2 at away to maintain their number one spot in the French Ligue 1 table, but I am sure PSG will soon overtake them and get back on top of the French Ligue 1 table.

If PSG focus their full attention on Ligue 1 then I would say that there is no squad in Ligue 1 that can beat psg . But since Luis Enrique's main target this season is the Champions League title. So we can see PSG's irregular performance in Ligue 1 matches. And this  is why PSG lost the top spot in the last week.

We have seen  a remarkable comeback from PSG. PSG's players proved their ability. They won by a big margin of 5 - 0. Both PSG's defense and attack were very strong in this match.

Truth be told, they have crises with injuries and they have been a bit inconsistent as well. I do not think they will finish the first half of the season at the top of the league because lens are putting in a lot of effort during both away games and home games. They will be facing Nice for the next match and they have won the last six games they have played at home this season. Having no European competitions to play must be a big bag for those who knows how to utilise it properly. PSG are getting to up their performance, they need to do a lot more better than they have done before.

You should have bet against Rennes. Because after PSG lost the top spot in the table, now they are desperate to regain the top  spot in the table. And now in the matches of Ligue 1 , psg  will try their best to continue their winning  streak. PSG has lost points in several matches in ligue 1. Even we have seen that PSG's performance  was very slow. But that will not happen in the upcoming matches. PSG will now try to continue their winning streak and try to grab the top spot in the table. PSG have lost their top spot in the Ligue 1 table. But there is no doubt that PSG has the strongest squad in ligue 1. And if PSG focus fully on ligue 1 matches , they can continue their winning streak. PSG has this ability. They have a strong squad and an experienced coach like Luis enrique. The performance of psg  players against Rennes is a testament to their ability. They played exceptionally well. PSG will play  their next two Ligue 1 matches against Metz and Paris. It is an easy task for PSG to win both of these  matches. Metz is at the  bottom of the table and Paris is also a relatively weak team.

Am so excited seeing PSG a situation where PSG despite winning wouldn't really matter much because there is another team whose win will guarantee a place at the top of the table, I mean it's been quite too long for PSG'S dominance of the ligue1, I wish RC Lens would maintain this lead till the end of the season but it's going to be quite a tedious task for them but it would be very beautiful to see a new champion being crowned in league after so many years PSG dominating and retaining the title consecutively.
