I don't know if Lens will be able to keep up with Paris Saint-Germain, which is a great team and for me it's just a coincidence that they're in that position.

Right now they have to try to put their level on a higher level, but i don't know if they can succeed in the immediate future, so their growth will be constant.

Keep up?! If not fir the injuries PSG has faced, they'd be on top of the league 1 standing by 5 to 6 points already, I don't think Lens are worthy to be call opponents. Marseille are the better and worthy side but they're not consistent. I dislike how they go one game win and one game out. Lens can sut on the table for now but from 2026, the second phase of the season, that is when the main dance begins.  PSG and Marseille would decide who stays with their form.

Paris Saint German are definitely going to pull every strings to win games because it seems this season have become some kind of roughy path for them. They're not going to bounce back if they don't hold their ground and win games as they should. Luis Enrique will make sure his team will not slow down, he's in control of the full squad and will explore the features of the club. PSG will continue to win games without any stress as they should.

If PSG win the French ligue 1 title some persons including me won't be surprised despite that they are presenty in the second position with just 1 point difference from lens who are the temporal occupants as i see it, PSG  is a team that should not be taken for a ride, 1 point difference is not much, lens should not be comfortable there, although PSG allowed this to to happen because of their inconsistency, but as long as that legeu is concerned, PSG can not be compared with any other teams in this ligue, is just as if they own the ligue, no one should feel like they do not merit it, to me they do, they have all the players needed for the job to be accomplished, we know that the season has not been too easy for them just as you noted but I doubt if lens will continue to be in that position for long.

I wouldn't have said that the great Paris Saint Germain could have problems in Ligue 1, so it means that in the end they are not as strong as they are painted, even Paris Saint Germain can bleed like the other teams.
This makes it all very fun in my opinion.

PSG deserves to win this game, PSG performance is not good, if not because of their last season performance the team would have take action with the coach or give him warning, PSG has lose many games that no one expect them to lose and from looking at the team performance now they are not the same team they were last season, the manager look like some one that is confused at this moment because no any positive sign even when they are losing games.

Some players are back from injury and I think the team will bounce back in January and they can take the lead in the table because PSG is still the favorite to win the league this season, no matter how good a team is in league 1 this season, PSG is still the favourites to win the league this season because we are just in the middle of the season.

Angers weren't also a much different team than Nantes some weeks ago. However their recent form is really an impressive one. It is hell of a recovery which helped them enter top 10 after this win.

About the Rennes - Brest one, we watched 3 goals in 13 minutes in the first half which was interesting. But no goal since then.    Rennes are leading by 2-1 and this win is carrying them to the 5th position temporarily. A really good form they have too!

This was an important game for Rennes because they are fighting for European competition qualification positions, a very competitive battle, with good teams like Monaco even dropping significantly in the standings to their current 7th place. With this victory, Rennes moves up to 5th place.



But if Lyon wins their next game, it will cause Rennes to drop to 8th place, but it's still a position that allows them to advance in the conference league. At the moment PSG is playing and the game is still scoreless.

Marseille may be in form currently but I can’t say that they will continue with that great form. No matter how I see Marseille’s performance, I will never say they will be able to win the Ligue 1 trophy, because I know they don’t have the squad to maintain the consistency needed to win it.If other teams do not sign great players and build a better squad that can compete with PSG, I don’t think any team will be able to win the Ligue 1 trophy again except PSG. In a few seasons, when I see the way Marseille, Monaco or Lyon are performing, I start to think that maybe they can win Ligue 1, but later I discover that they are not consistent  and it’s all because their squads are too weak compared to PSG.

Marseille have decent season, they are doing good in Champions League while in Ligue 1, they are having 3rd spot tomorrow, they are going to host Monaco, this is going to be important game for them because in case of win, they could be staying on third but in case of lost or draw they can slip to fourth.

Monaco is currently having the worst time in Ligue 1 as they have 4 defeats from their last 5 games, but their recent win against Galatasaray give them good boost usually Ligue 1 teams are inconsistent because of their performance, it's never been easy to predict about their outcome in big games in this season few teams are doing much better than expectations this is surprising.

It is undoubtedly not difficult to predict the match between the team at the top of the points table and the team at the bottom of the points table but after watching the performance of Metz, who are at the bottom of the Ligue 1 points table, in this match, you will have a hard time admitting that they are at the bottom.

This team scored two goals in a beautiful manner against the mighty Paris Saint-Germain team today, their hard work and determination were surely behind scoring these two goals. The game ended 2-1 before the break but then Metz and the mighty PSG continued to mount a series of counterattacks which I saw the defending champions win the game in the final moments, And they remain table toppers by winning this game.

PSG’s performance this season is shaky, they don’t usually have that confidence in the squad that they will win all their matches; but the main problem is injury, it has affected the team since the beginning of this season but I am surprised with their performance against a bottom table team as they conceded 2 goals against them because almost all injured players are back only Dembele and Hakimi are out injured; if they can’t win matches comfortably with this squad I don’t think they can perform better in all competitions this season.

Lens will have a very tough match against Nice tomorrow, it will be a battle for Lense because they haven’t won any match against Nice in their past five matches statistically, Nice has been defeating them with good goal difference, so this will be a battle because Lens won all their last five matches in all competitions while Nice lost all their five matches across all competitions, therefore, Lens should break the deadlock tomorrow to maintain their lead in the league1 table.

PSG beat Metz, who are bottom of the league, but they should've won by a bigger margin. There is a huge gap in quality between the two teams. Even conceding 2 goals is a bad result for PSG. They need to defend better. They don't look as strong as last season. They rotated their squad today, but they are still miles ahead of Metz. They started a new winning streak after the Monaco loss. League matches will continue in the new year. I didn't know France had a break earlier than others. They could've played matches next week, actually.
