Lens still need to be consistent, as they have helped in bringing what we all have been wanting to see in Ligue 1. The league was boring when PSG were the only team dominating it, but now, even if Lens do not end up winning the title this season, which I know will be a bit hard as the season is already underway, they still deserve credit. Lens must remain consistent, especially as PSG are now showing weak team vibes, since they are no longer able to keep their clean sheet record this season.

The only credit that can be given to Lens is if they win the French Ligue 1 otherwise it will just be same story if PSG wins the league again. I just hope that Lens major players do not get injured if not it will be so easy for PSG to get back at the top because they have more solid substitutes than Lens. It's just a point gap so it's really scary for Lens since they know that any mistakes can make them lose the top to PSG. PSG have been dominant in the French Ligue 1 for too long, it's time for either Lens or Marseille to deny them the title this season. Just that Marseille is not showing enough consistency as Lens is showing so they might be ruled out of the title race soon.

From the beginning of the season, I always had more hope that Marseille would be the team that would be a threat to PSG, but unfortunately they were not very consistent in performance. Now that Lens are consistent, even though I know their chance of winning the Ligue 1 title this season is small, I tend to believe that this season we will have a chance. I know it’s only a one point difference between them, and any small mistake will cost them a lot more than they can expect. The same applies to PSG, and from all indications, PSG are more serious in the league than in the previous weeks, so it won’t be that easy for Lens.

Compared to others, Marseille is the club with the most goals in Ligue 1, with a total of 36 goals and 15 goals conceded. However, they have lost quite a lot, four. As long as Greenwood and Aubemeyang continue to strengthen the front line, Marseille's attack should remain strong. But their defense needs to improve.

Unfortunately, one of their defenders, Leonardo Balerdi, is being targeted by Juventus and several other clubs in the upcoming transfer window. So, Marseille must also focus on this and their defense.

PSG did very well to have achieved all those titles and congratulations to them especially the goalkeeper who save PSG in that penalty shootout. But yet again, some will be calling PSG name, fantastic team this that and even the avengers of Europe like my friend love to call them, with all these names in form of praises it pains me that they didn't win one of the weakest team in England to be champions of the world, talking about Chelsea. The Blues were terrible and they struggled to even be in that competition for long and PSG could not win the Blues, for me they haven't done it all, they deserve that title and they're the favorite but losing to them doesn't make sense at all. They're not even in the top 4 in the EPL or top 8 in the champions league and one would say they are good? No, I blame PSG for not winning that Club World Cup, that alone would have completed that achievement and I wasn't expecting PSG to win last night because of how they lost to Chelsea.

Lens are really doing well this season, they've now managed to to take the first spot and you're right they giving the Leicester City vibes but until they managed to retain the spot for a long time and prevent PSG from taking the spot back. In this league it's difficult to win the title because in the end most of these teams challenging are not able to keep up, they lack the consistency to keep up till the end that's why they don't give PSG a tough time. No matter how good a team performs they always lose focus at the end and end up losing the title to PSG.

It's just a matter of time before PSG can overtake them at the top of the table. Lens may be better in Ligue 1 in terms of consistency right now, but PSG are way ahead of them in terms of quality. Although PSG's performance is currently a bit unstable, it doesn't seem like it will take long for them to return to their best form.

Furthermore, PSG recently won the Intercontinental Cup, which should boost their confidence and provide a strong psychological boost, potentially contributing to their even more positive performances going forward.

The only thing I feel PSG .aye suffer if they get further loses in the coming games ahead will be that drop in their psychological strength due to the losses suffered.  PSG to me will still be able to get back inform and activate  the much they wish to achieve this season in the Ligue 1, they always does know their ways around dominance in this particular league so they can still come back and win the title possibly, do not get surprised if it happens, they are the kings of the Ligue 1.

I think that Paris Sant German is perfectly capable of motivating themselves and achieving the goal, so in my opinion it is very early to give them up for dead, these are really boys of steel and the coach knows what he is doing unlike others who are really sucking

It's hard to believe that PSG has already won six trophies. I think this is a good indicator of how Enrique knows how to win trophies. Since he arrived at PSG, they have won everything that could be won. Despite their packed schedule, they manage to play at a high level in all competitions. I believe they will be able to defend their Ligue 1 title without any problems.

But the most important task for Enrique right now would be to defend their Champions League title. It would be a truly outstanding achievement if they could do it two years, two seasons in a row. Before him PSG used to be feared only in the league but now they’ve counted scores against the big boys of Europe, only Chelsea was the stumbling block on their part. It would have been 14/14 finals for Luis Enrique but it’s 13/14, 1 to Chelsea.
I still believe they’re going to win the league, Lens are trying to put up a fight but eventually they’ll make way.

Exactly, the form is always temporary with all these mid teams, it's as if they are not capable of challenging PSG properly so I don't even see them as capable. Even though they are half season out they won't be able to keep it till the end. PSG are always comfortable even when they are few points behind because they know that by the end these teams can't maintain their performance till the end.
I don't know why it is like that,  but that's the reason why they call the league farmers league because it is being dominated by one team.

I will like it to be different this season and see another team win the Ligue 1 but the percentage of that happening is high because of what has happened in the past. Lens looks good now but the question is always, can they keep up? I doubt that, the players are usually exhausted towards the end.

yes i think this thing will only be temporary and everyone knows it in fact, right now they have had a drop but it could be a physiological thing, clearly this thing makes all the teams take advantage of it, but i think they will make up for it immediately
