France figured out how to use Mbappe long ago, one world cup title and one finals, it's obvious that they are doing fine, they are not going to have trouble this time around neither.

I am extremely happy for Lens, they did really well this season and deserve to end the season with a trophy. They are the best team that gave PSG tough time in the title race, they deserve more than one trophy this season because they come as an average team and made their management proud because they end up with a trophy and a champions league spot against next season.

It is now left for the management to strengthen the team come next season because they have set a standard that if they can add some quality players to give them squad depth; they will do well next season and maybe compete and win the league next season because they tried this season. They need a lot of funds to afford qualify players that could face the competition they will have with other teams especially team's like PSG that has the highest squad depth in the league.

Thauvin scored an opening goal for RC Lens in the 25th minute and Edouard doubled the lead in the 42nd minute but Nice tried their best and put 1 goal back in the nets of Lens in the added time 45+3' by Couibaly. In the second half Sumi scored in the 78th minute and again doubled the lead and this time Nice didn't get any goal and game ended 3-1 . Thauvin is named as player of the match for Lens for 1 goal. If there is no good financial support and no potential players, it will be difficult for any team in Ligue 1 to break PSG's dominance, making it difficult to compete for the title. Lens appeared impressive this season but they were not strong enough to survive until the end of the season so in the end they failed to maximize their potential and PSG emerged as champions again. If they want to compete next season then the steps that need to be taken by Lens are trying to bring in the number of players needed so that they can fight again in the title competition and if that is not done then it will be difficult for them to compete next season.

Honestly, i don't like Mbappe as a person. As a player, hats off to him, he is very strong, he has a sense of goal that reminds me a lot of Pippo Inzaghi, he really feels the goal on this without a doubt.
But he should learn to be more humble and less of an asshole.

This is the main problem with him, many people can see that he is a great player and he is doing wonderful when is playing up ahead. But personality means that you have to play in a way that it's a team ball, meaning you defend together, pass, run, even if it means you just get the defense on you and pull them away so someone else can score.

Mbappe is not that guy, he is the guy "give me the ball and I will score", and he does score, a lot, but as you can see, that type of playing doesn't bring any success.

It seems likely that breaking PSG's dominance in Ligue 1 next season will be very difficult. To outperform PSG in Ligue 1, teams like Lens not only need skilled players but also a tactically savvy coach, so a team like PSG can be overwhelmed when facing a team like Lens. But I don't think Lens will be able to do that next season, unless someone is willing to help Lens buy the best players and bring in a capable coach to make Lens even more lethal in Ligue 1.

It is the same every season. Because there is no team near their quality. It is that simple. There is no other rich team that can build a strong squad like them and fight for the title regularly...

I mean don't get me wrong surely there are other big clubs that use natives as well but not that much these days, these days most big teams are just gathering players from all around the world and not mainly just focus on their own nation whereas PSG still has bunch of French players, they had Mbappe too who is the best, but they lost him 2 years ago.

You are very correct about  the patterns in Ligue 1, almost every season, we get to see a team coming up from the average to attempt contending for the title, only for them to end up loosing it to PSG as usual, some two seasons ago it was Marseille and now it is lens, who knows which team it will be next season. For this season, PSG are the champions already, no other team currently in the Ligue 1 is or are able  to contend them and they are at the top of the table with a very good margin by difference of their points, next season, let us see which team stands out to contend PSG.
