The ongoing discussion could able to help people to determine how community give there feedback towards this casino and its very clear that majority doesn't like to play due to those cases which still not solve by 1xbit. And for them not able to fix those issue they are been tagged maybe the worst casino exist here. Can't blame for people to think about that since there reputation will tell it all that's why on this forum many avoid to play at them since they already know what will be the end point of this especially when dealing with huge funds on their casino. Its hard for 1xbit to regain back their reputation since for sure people will not give them another chance because for sure they will just broke it up again.

I do not know about other social media platforms but thank god that they have stopped their advertisement on this forum.

If you remember, they have a long running signature campaign on this forum and the unique thing about that signature campaign was that it was run by all the red tag members who were spammers one way or the other. Eventually I think that 1xbet realized that they could not fool people and could not convince people to play at their site and hence they stopped their signature campaign.

They have stopped the campaign on the forum as a result scam accusation is not being created after stopping the promotion. So, it is proved that promoting here on the forum helped them a lot to make scam more and more.

Well, let me just say that you are somewhat wrong, though not completely, Moderators some times to delete threads they believe to be scam, most especially the ones created by individuals, if multiple users report such a thread, the moderators outrightly deletes such a thread.
What i personally see or assume about this 1xbit thread is that, 1xbit is a company, and they have had a very long running signature campaign here on the forum in the past, and for every business as this, the moderators leave the final decision on the reputation of such a business in the hands of users who then use the trust system to tell if the business is reputable or not.

And as it is and we all have seen, users who were convinced that 1xbit is a scam company did leave a lot of negative tags on the admin account of 1xbit, and also went ahead to negative tag each and every person promoting the company on the forum, this is more than enough to warn other potential users that 1xbit should not be trusted.

Moderators don't leave every thread reported to them to be scam, but they sure do delete some that they themselves confirm to be a scam, most especially, if the thread if from a random user, but if the thread officially belongs to a business or company, the moderators see it as users' responsibility to do their own research before engaging with such a business, and if users confirm such a business or company to be scam, they can use the trust system to warn other users to stay away from such a business or company.

Its long time that this community rejected them already and even how hard they try to create a campaign to market their casino they didn't get much attention that's why their campaign didn't last for long. Since they already abandon this thread and didn't answer for any question or post on this thread then we can say that maybe they are now done with this forum since people already know that this casino is no good  and best for them to avoid since their reputation is so bad.

Well, in as much as Scam is not regulated on this forum, the users of the forum also do not take the issue of scam lightly, for anywhere scam is allowed to thrive, such a place never lasts, if this forum users allowed 1xbit to carry on with their scam activities on this forum, it wouldn't have ended at just more people getting scammed, but this would have invited even more scam services into to forum, it won't be just 1xbit anymore, but several other services scamming users.

But the prompt action of forum users against 1xbit and those promoting it, did deter or discouraged a lot of other scam services from joining the forum because they know there is no chance for them to thrive.

but suddenly Moderators/Administrator has no moderation to delete or lock a thread that had issue of scamming
because if does ? then maybe there are already plenty of locked thread in altcoin section in which tons of scam

You are very correct, i have always thought the same thing and what i end up concluding is just the same thing as you have assumed. companies that don't announce that they have left the forum but are just not active anymore may one day likely decide to come back, if that happens, it may make no sense for them to start with a new Ann since they might have probably spent some money to open the old one, spent money in terms of materials which they used for the Ann design and so on, and maybe this material is no longer in their custody, paying for another materials when they previously have an Ann they would have just continued with can be not so cool.

So, i believe this is why moderators leave Ann threads open for as long as it takes. We can draw example from Bitvest, LL left the forum for so many months, and right now, he is back and continued with Bitvest Ann thread where it previously stopped.

Yeah, I think you guys might both be right here.  It does seem like once a moderator or admin locks down a thread, the person who started it probably can't unlock it again without getting one of those admins to step in.  I've seen that happen a couple times on this forum before for sure.  but really, I'd say were the ones to blame here - all of us forum members that is. If we just stop paying so much attention to this thread, it'll fade away eventually like old threads do.  I've noticed those 1xbit shills  don't hang around as much anymore either, probably because they arent getting paid anymore.

This thread doesn't get bumped just by 1xbit shills, but by victims of this scam site too who keep coming regularly complaining about their issues in order to try and get back their funds somehow.

Sure, this thread is rather detrimental to their reputation and helps to warn other gamblers but I would have guessed mods would eventually lock this thread. I was not aware of their policy on not locking ANNs. Is it a policy which only applies here within the gambling section or also occurs in other parts of this forum?
I would guess they do not want to lock threads (even if there is no official information being posted on them anymore) for the reason you mentioned, to avoid creating a new medium for spam and flooding to appear here and multiple ANNs to exist.
I also believe there was an occasion when there were two 1xbit threads coexisting here at the same time, the mods decided to block the other one and left this untouched.
