I also agree with you, if these were Russian casinos, the situation would be completely different and they would operate only because they would have the protection of someone from the government. Yes, that's one of the reasons why it's hard to stop this scam site from operating because they are from Russia, whereas Russia is a country that I'm sure no one wants to get into trouble with Russia.
If parties from Russia improve or take action to stop it, then we can be sure that this scam site can disappear from circulation and the gambling industry.
But you need to remember that the gambling business makes so much money that it is impossible to close even though it is a scam because they also make a lot of money as a result of scamming every gambler who deposit there money.

1xbit doesn't seem to care about their reputation they might even really not care about processing money withdrawals because there are so many frauds that they commit on this forum user, just look at the OP's account which is marked full of accusations which have not been proven true or not, but 1xbit is not true are really serious about solving every case and accusation that is directed at their site.

I also feel sorry for those who lost money on this site of course they may also expect their money back but 1xbit does not process it, the only way is to prevent new people or new users from playing on this site, because helping prevent anyone will reduce cases and fraud figures from this site.

It may be one of the reasons, however, I believe that their success is due to the having huge advertisements being done. We can see their names printed on the Team jerseys of a lot of sports and e-sports teams. They sponsored tournaments and even held their own.
People say that 1xbit is being used to help gather more funds with their main casino, 1xbet, which they have their full-force marketing whilst having little to no care for 1xbit.

All the information that can be found on the Internet says that this company was founded by Russians who are being prosecuted by the tax office in Russia and therefore fled to Cyprus, where the company that owns both casinos is also registered.

Well, for me, I do not know for sure where or which country 1xbit is operating from, but if it truly be from russia, then its very possible that it's the reason why the site hasn't been taken down, and again. I think you claim of them using money generated from 1xbit to fund 1xbet is really justifiable, as I have in previous times thought along the same line as well, and I guess is that, those playing on 1xbet don't know about 1xbit, or maybe they know, but didn't realized the Both sites are being operated by the same group of persons.

As far as I know it would make zero difference which jurisdiction the website (or any website) is operating out of because the domain itself (which is .com in this case) can be seized by law enforcement agencies.

As of yet, the 1xbit/1xbit1 website probably has not received enough attention for them to take action but sooner or later one of two things will most probably happen. Either the 1xbit/1xbit1 owners will close down and exit-scam or their domain will be seized effectively shutting them down until they re-open using another domain.

I could have added a third option but that would be an almost impossible task entailing 1xbit/1xbit1 to become a genuine scam-free business but we all are quite sure that will not be happening.

There is also a valid case that the thread has become bloated with fake claims and allegations as well as those being brought forward by genuine victims. If it were a policy that entailed all victims listing evidence in their initial claim then many of the scam allegations would not be here.

It does not (and cannot) negate the many scams and selective scams conducted by 1xbit/1xbit1 because the allegations that have been presented with evidence in the past (especially the early pages of the scam allegations) were quite extensive.

Taking a site down has to go through a lot of processes and must as JollyGood mentioned if 1xbit has not been taken down yet is because it has not received enough attention yet for that to happen, and also this may be as a result of corruption e.g using the casino money to sponsor politicians or bribing them to keep their scheme running.

They would need to make huge mistakes repeatedly(Like Chipmixer etc) in order to attract the attention of federal agencies around the world basically. However, they are good at staying under the radar which is why they are still fine.

1xbit would disappear instantly if 1xbet shutdown, but that is a very unlikely scenario at the moment.

I really think there is no other way but to give up because there is no response from their 1xbit team to deal with every case and problem that exists, that's why our current task is to remind people in this forum or out there about this site so there is no more another new case that came in this thread to report, though if cases do decrease it's a good sign that people are already aware of this site and are staying away from it.

I also always remind my gambling friends never to visit this site, because of course as a friend I don't want anyone close to me to lose money on this site. let alone add to the long list of existing cases.
