I have seen accusations against 1xbit.com were the victim claimed that they havae commited no offence and yet their account were blocked or something else happened to their account and up to this day the issue still remain unsolved, that's just to show how shady the casino 1xbit.com can be.
Not to talk of your own case where it is clear that you made a mistake, if it was a more genuine casino they would have refunded your money back into your address after you contacted their dupport team but since we are dealing with a scam site here the possibility of you ever recieving your money back is -5%. Unless some miracle happens your money is gone.

In your latest post I saw you offering to pay anyone that can help you retrieve the money back in whatever way they can, you should be careful as such amount of money could draw scammer closer to your PM and before you know what's happening you will become a victim of another scam, so be more careful and cautious concerning those that will send you any proposal related this event.

I'm afraid this is the same beginner account as the others after they complained about their problems by providing proof of transaction after a few weeks later, they will write again that their case has been solved and resolved, sometimes it's still hard to believe a beginner's account could just be part of 1xbit team working to reverse their bad image in this forum, I think we all know that every case that happened here will never be solved by 1xbit.

Nobody cares about user cases therefore 1xbit is a casino that should be flagged as fraud so no more rookies come complaining about their problems and this should be announced to everyone in this thread.

To be honest I don't think that it's worthy anymore to still put accusations against 1xbit since they are a proven scammers and has a dozens of accusation here that were legit and has a verified proofs. Making an accusation over and over again won't change the fact that 1xbit is a scam casino and won't even make an improvement on accuser case since 1xbit won't even budge to check the accusation or your the accuser account since won't pay you anyway. 1xbit has a very bad image here that if someone mentioned a scam casino, first thing that will enter my mind is 1xbit.  

I kind of disagree, if someone is scammed by this casino, even though they are very unlikely to recover their money, they are still supposed to leave a register and proof of the crime. If people stopped making their claim public, the old claims done by others, could get buried on the internet and more people may fall for this casino and others similar to it.

The more formal accusations, the more chances some newbie would realize about this shady website and save his money from being taken away. Of course, I am not talking about spamming, just keeping a record and not to stay silent.

All of us, when we hear the sentence 1xbit, will immediately think of the fraudulent actions they are committing and immediately advise other gamblers to avoid it.
So far they say they want to return the amount of money that has been taken from the victims, but there seems to be no confirmation of the continuation of returning the amount of money and it is clear that all of this is just a narrative that has been released to get sympathy from gamblers.

One of the main problems with this thread is that far too many unsubstantiated scam accusations have been made against 1xbit/1xbit1 and that has affected to some degree the substantiated (or genuine) claims by many of them not receiving the focus and attention they deserved.

Keeping that aside, as the scam accusations keep being posted there is not a big chance this thread will be dropping down the list any time soon.

Alongside the genuine victims who find their warnings, experiences, claims and stories buried under heaps of posts there are those that are either trying somehow troll for reasons unknown or they are from competing businesses and are trying to keep negative shades on 1xbit or some other reason.

In the early days of this thread many unsubstantiated claims were made against 1xbit/1xbit1 on a regular basis one after another but many did not provide even the slightest bit of evidence to back up their accusations. Of the ones that did, 1xbit/1xbit1 claimed they would resolve them and even put out false posts with names and amounts repaid but in the end the warning to all is to just keep away from 1xbit/1xbit1 otherwise eventually you will end up writing a scam accusation here detailing how you had money stolen by them.

I think there has been a time when this thread drop to the second page or probably third page on this board, but all of  a sudden, it popped to the front page again..
I believe that if their promotion was based on this forum, this thread would have been long dead, because no body would be playing on 1xbit casino anymore, but then, they have ads flying around on several other parts of the internet, which unsuspecting victims have been falling for, but what baffles me is how they end up locating this forum to post about 1xbit scamming them after they've been scammed.

This is something that could have been resolved without any stress and give you a warning not to make such a mistake again, but because of their scamming nature, they will not like to resolve the issue. Even if the money could have entered the account using the normal network deposit, they could still use other means to lock your account and take the money for themselves. Just take a good look at what they did: they waited for a few months with hope and believed that you had lost interest in the case, and they moved the deposit to their private wallet and never notified you of the recovery. Something they could have done when you emailed them the first time.

I know depositing on the wrong network is discouraged, especially when a platform warns you of such a mistake. On other centralized platforms, what they will only do is warn you; sometimes they will ask you for some kind of recovery fee, which you can pay via your main account or they will deduct from the fund before they can send it to your account, but at the end both you and the platform will have to settle amicably. Since both the BSC and ETH address always share the same private key (I don't know if it's the same with centralized systems though), I guess it's simple for them to just detect it and move it out; it will only cost them a little extra time.

Well since the majority of those coming to this thread to post their accusation are newbies who are bearly members of the forum it shows the level of awareness that has been created here in the forum to keep members updated on the activities of this scam casino, so for us not to see any complaints from any high-rank members of this forum it ok for us but how to prevent the wider society from failing victim is now the major problem, and quite a good number of those coming to this thread to complain doesn't know the necessary procedure to post such allegation with proofs to support their case.

I have also asked myself the same question severally how did those newbies never know this forum until they became victims of the scam before locating the thread and posting complaints that sometimes lack basic evidence or making a proper scam accusation against this casino.

I knew it was over, but I tried to send a mail to their support to support-en@1x-bit.com, they replied:

Your deposit has been made through the ERC20 network. Unfortunately, the funds will not be credited to your account. Please be careful next time.

I accepted the loss like a pro and moved on with my life, but it hurt. 11,564k is a nice sum, but it was probably the happiest day of my life because I had been careful since till I got on etherscan today and discovered the money were retreived and transferred out 88 days ago!!!!

Looks like the funds were transferred out to the owner of 1xbit: 0xd7e56d3A509639ef53F7b08711F672A1A8567825 (I know this because that address is constantly getting cash from the 1xbit main wallet and transferring them to Binance.)

It was totally an error from your end mate. You see why it is advised to always and properly check your details over and over again before commencing any transfer or transaction when it has to do with such a volume or magnitude. It is obvious that the money is gone according to their deposit policy but i was having this thought if you could write to binance  seeking their help to take actions from their end since it is in their custody now to either freeze the assets of take necessary steps to safeguard your funds for you.

I think that if people stopped to summit their scam accusations and stopped calling out the nefarious practices of this casino, we should be kind of normalizing something which is not supposed to happen within this wonderful industry. We should not get tired or saying the truths of this casino and encouraging people to let their family and friends who are into gambling know that they must avoid to ever deposit here and use other casinos instead.

It's pretty simple actually. The first thing that any victim would do when they get scammed is to search for '1xbit scam' or anything similar on google and the first page displays results like Trustpilot, Bitcointalk etc.

This is how they find about this forum and create an account here with the hope of trying to recover their lost funds basically.

If they are asked to post evidence (as has been the case by various members) and they do not do it then it cannot be mandatory to support them, it is as simple as that. They can carry on with their allegation but they should not expect to be supported unless evidence is provided.

There are countless of cases like this that this scam casino receive fake accusation. If the accuser don't put any proof to support his complaint, it is considered invalid in this forum standard and no one will really interact or care about the case. Though there's no accusation will ever change this casino reputation. This casino is still a scam casino no matter how much new accusation are submitted.

I just think that's those fake accusers are past victims of this casino, I think they just want to make this casino look this casino a scam to warn people. If it's that the case, I believe it's not a good way to portray their message.

They don't have reputation to protect and many forum users know how terrible they are so why  to rush fix all things where they now there's nothing they can gain with. This casino is well known for its shady activities so I'm not surprised to see such things so best to avoid it now and tell to our gambler friends to avoid this casino.

Scam accusation post is proper action to do so that there's updated accusation that people can read so that many will get updated for another case this casino involve again.
