while they are all around the sports field banners  also they are all over the internet
if we will search about their scam activities.
there are hundred of thousands results from this scam accusation meaning?
yes there are so many claims about the funds/account blocking.


if we will not look deeper into this , then for sure we will be a scam victim as well.

perhaps the reason 1xbet is not investigated for being associated with scam casinos is because people will not file a complaint with the police, they simply limit themselves to complaining on the internet, there would have to be someone who takes all the connection addresses of the scam sites with 1xbet and it was in the police where 1xbet has the company's headquarters and reported it, with that I think the police would already have enough material to start with the investigations, even if it took years, I believe that in the end the police would have evidence to stop these scammers

I think many victims already tried suing 1xbet and 1xbit, but everything failed because they probably settled for decent amounts or the cops were dirty. 1xbet have many, many powerful connections(Including the police department).

Most cops are corrupt which is why I don't think they really care about stopping them frankly speaking.

I really think that what happens is that many people choose not to pursue any kind of legal action against a scam casino like this one because they feel they are never going to get their money back, they will waste their time and even waste even more money, because now they will have to hire a lawyer and still nothing will come out of it.

Also we need to remember that there are a lot of victims that never even mention they were scammed because they are embarrassed they decided to ignore the warning signs they noticed at the time, so all the complaints that we see all over the internet are probably just the tip of the iceberg.

I thought that the admin on the bitcointalk forum should ban threads or anything related to this fraudulent site, for example 1xbit, if that can be done I don't think there is anything to worry about anymore because the fraud they are doing on this forum is very dangerous, several complaints a few days the past also discussed fraud committed by 1xbit so it's too late for us to advise beginners. but newbies should know this OP's account has been flagged as a scam also this thread is full of warnings by the community to avoid this site

Let's start with ghostingura2's situation - there is an option on 1xBit to ask for account closure if you know you are gamling addicted, and it is mentioned on the site. 1xBit can't control someone's actions and prevent them from any damage, that is a common sense i suppose.

It would be good news if it is actually the case, it would mean we managed to make aware enough people around here about their devious reputation and story of blocking accounts and taking the money of their gamblers. It would translate to less scam shilling here in the forum, but I am afraid there would not be much to do if they decide to go harder on other communities. Unfortunately, the trust and feedback system is not a common thing as we know it, so they could continue to get away with this.

If they were based in a western country with an actual legal system, they would have got sued by now.

Yes we did, our Help bumping this thread from time to time shows the search traffic making this site in up for scam accusation and that means there are more warning to those prospective victims .

I think they've been sued, but they issue is 1xbit has no physical office anywhere, and neither does anybody know the faces behind the running of the casino.

I've read something on this on this forum before, can't dig to find it since it was a comment from a forum user, I personally believe that many have filed complaints to authorities against 1xbit, but due to the fact that 1xbit has no physical office anywhere, and no body was available to be contacted as their representative or something, there was nothing the authorities can do, and also, the license with which 1xbit carry out their operations if not from the jurisdiction of where the compliant was filed, so the authorities in that jurisdiction lack the power to revoke it.

One thing that disappoints me is this thread doesn't even show on the first page when you search it on google. I tried searching it again and this time bitcointalk (this forum) showed in the 4th page of google search which most people wouldn't actually try to do. I also haven't seen any scam accusation against this casino upon searching 1xbit on google which actually bothers me because there's no way gambler will know it's a scam casino unless they do a research about this casino. There's no precaution or red flags showing this casino is a scam. This is why I think so many people are still falling in this scam casino.

Something I do not understand completely yet, are about the amount of money people get scammed. I would get that someone would deposit 25$ and get scammed, and did not deposit much because it was a new casino to them, etc.

But why would anyone deposit thousands on dollars on this place when there are better alternatives and obviously legitimate casinos. I have seen people talking about the better odds and stuff. But I don't think that is enough reason to risk being scammed thousands.

It depends on what keywords you type in google though. If you type 1xbit scam, you won't find this thread in the first page, but you will find some other threads which warn gamblers properly.

I believe it's because of 1xbet which is far more popular in comparison. Another reason are the high odds and tempting promotions which you usually cannot find in other sportsbooks.
