I don't want to defend vegans, but there's a balance diet for "vegans" that gives them the proper nutrition, but still for me, its till not enough especially in protein parts. There's nutrients that still be needed to be taken that is only plenty in meat products.

  Sometimes I think that covid-19 is a scam cause I believe, the time that there's no virus a lot of disease that communicable to one to another person like dengue , tuberculosis, and HIV etc, but why this covid-19 is invading all places . But why some health worker did not do precautionary measurements or protocols instead they will be the model to show people in the community. Just asking why?
