Expecting a battle between Brighton and Wolves tonight... This match is very important for both clubs... I can't say who is the favourite in this match, but the bookies think it's Brighton... Although it seems to me that Wolves are playing just as well at the moment... I think that the bet that both teams will score should work...

Brighton are really unpredictable recently. They are lacking lots of important players due to various reasons these days. This has a really bad impact on their consistency level. One day they score 4 goals against Tottenham but the other day they can't score a single goal against West Ham.    Otherwise I would have really liked to place a bet on Brighton to win against Wolves honestly.

I'm hardly keeping myself from their win right now too though but I won't. Because it seems really risky while Wolves have been in-form for three weeks on one hand. Playing a home game can still be misleading about Brighton here.

Even though Brighton is in 7th position at the moment, they are still a team that is not very consistent (when facing tottenham in 29/12/23 ago, pedro successfully scored 2 goals and i see that luck is also on brighton) even in the last 5 matches, they were only able to win 1 - lose 1 - draw 3 times. Even so, Brighton's current performance is much better than Newcastle's performance, which continues to lose.

Pochettino reportedly said to the public that Chelsea will not buy players in this transfer market, they will focus on the players they currently have, and face Liverpool later, Pochettino claims their team is ready.

Everyone is amazed by Liverpool performance this season because they started the season by not immediately being at the top of the standings but slowly Liverpool were able to occupy the top rank of the standings and were also able to maintain their concentration quite well this season. I admit that the influential player in their team is Salah because so far Salah has always succeeded in showing his expertise on Liverpool's front line. For this reason, Liverpool will probably repeat their history to win the title again like they did in the 2019-2020 season.

Yeah, I can see that a lot of people are making early predictions that Liverpool will defeat Arsenal. Given the public's perception of their previous game, Arsenal's performance was poor. That is the reason why many people believe that Liverpool will defeat Arsenal, but I disagree with all of their predictions since I don't think Arsenal will lose their upcoming game against Liverpool, given their present performance.

Even that I wanted to bet, I would much prefer bet on Arsenal to win straight up because I am aware of their capabilities. Even in their most recent game against Crystal Palace, there was no denying Arsenal's goals despite their tremendous effort and impressive performance.

I second that, and i have said it a couple of times here already that if City don't win the league for the fourth time in a row, then it will be Liverpool who would beat them to the title. Of course we cannot take Arsenal completely out of the picture, but TBH i also don't think they can finish either above City or Liverpool this season, i would be surprised if that is to happen.

Manchester City are still one of the best clubs in the season thus far. But they still need to score more matches before they can overtake Liverpool. 43 points beneath of the 48 points that Liverpool is carrying at the top of the table standing. The last 6 matches played by them were all wins and no lose at all.

In the next match, Manchester City must win to get additional points, catch up on the points left behind, and show the world that Manchester City is indeed the best football team.

Liverpool will compete again in the Premier League at the beginning of next month against Chelsea, so Liverpool also have to prepare their performance so they can play well and win again, because maintaining their position at the top of the standings is very difficult.

It's just the match against palce buddy, is there something special from palace now? This club has been placed at the bottom too. The won against palace was not something special. Arsenal may still struggle in upcoming game. Let's said that how many times people were expecting this club to play better but arsenal keeps bottle it again and again. Im boring to see that how arsenal becomes trophyless again, again and again. There has no winning mentality owned by this club. Being placed at the top makes liverpool played even better than before. Jota has been also growing up after it had been forced by the situation happened in the liverpool. Salah was injured and there was no good guy who can replace him except jota. He took care of it.
Jota is performing very well as a right winger and he has done it against bournemouth. The situation has forced liverpool to adapt with the new gameplay without salah. Missing salah was giving good and bad news.

I think it's still a bit hard since Liverpool are in advantage and I agree with what you are saying but what if City also loses some points in attempt to cover the gap? It will be all same again. The pressure is too huge for the top teams in the PL table right now. The one who is consistent will be the one winning the season. Liverpool no doubt have maintained better consistency and I feel if they continue to perform like this, then they will for sure will win the title this season.

I think it's still a bit hard since Liverpool are in advantage and I agree with what you are saying but what if City also loses some points in attempt to cover the gap? It will be all same again. The pressure is too huge for the top teams in the PL table right now. The one who is consistent will be the one winning the season. Liverpool no doubt have maintained better consistency and I feel if they continue to perform like this, then they will for sure will win the title this season.

Man City has one match they haven't played yet. And this does give Man City an opportunity to get 3 points. But this is still not a guarantee that Manchester City will win the postponed match. Because we all know that sometimes Man City also loses or draws against weak teams. But there is a big possibility that Man City can collect full points in the postponed match.

I think that's their problem this season. So many chances yet the conversion rate is so low, plus injuries here and there also worsen their form after a strong start[1]. In most of their matches against teams outside of the big six, they have a lot of xG but arguably low goal numbers. Hard to say what the coach can do other than ask for more players to be honest, their squad depth is just too poor atm imo.

They should at least win the matches against Luton and Palace this February to keep their top 6 finish alive. Assuming they lost against the rest of the big 6 for the remainder of the season, they should be able to get 20+ points if everything goes their way. There should be a decent chance considering the past few seasons the top 5 to 8 are hovering around 60-70 points. CMIIW.

I don't think who they will face in the R16 matters, to be honest. Klopp will likely rotate his players anyway. Assuming most of their players are coming back from injury they should be able to handle both Europe and Premier League just fine. He seems to be perfectly fine with fielding academy players in a cup tie anyway.

I guess it goes both ways. One unexpected loss from City and the gap grows again. While City is always consistent in the 2nd half of the season in the last three years or so, they have different players now. It will be interesting to see if Pep can keep it up or switch his playstyle to be more pragmatic to win points in the remainder of the season.
