Honestly Pep Guardiola and Klopp made EPL very interesting league over the years, and not just the Premier league alone but even the champions league.  You can't talk about champions league without mentioning Liverpool or Manchester City, I think these men will always be remembered when they are no more in their respective clubs. With all due respect to De Zerbi, I doubt he is ready for a team like Liverpool. I would give my preference to Nagelsmann, he has a similar style of play, he loves attacking football and this guy is really very ambitious.

I don't think there will be much changes, only that we won't be having Klopp and Pep on the mix but I'll tell you for free that some of the bigger teams that have been occupying the top 4 would drop and with the likes of Aston Villa, Newcastle, Bournemouth (if they continue their good form) and some average teams will be competing for the title.
For Liverpool and City they might find it hard to continue with that same style of play, that's if they don't get a better manager to continue with their style of play or even add more tactics to the team. I don't think there's anything official about this news yet from either party. No official statement from the club announcing Klopp departure and no statement from himself (Klopp). Besides, even if this happened to be true, we can not fault Liverpool for failing to retain him. It's on agreement and the contract will end this year. He can not be there forever even if he renew his contract again as anything can happen. This is how internet was shaking when Barcelona announced Messi departure and everything continues afterwards.
