Exactly, we should have really understood Chelsea's condition since the start of this season, it really hasn't been that good and consistent. Several matches that Chelsea have won recently do not guarantee that they are that strong. But no, their inconsistency is still quite high. It was proven when they played against Liverpool yesterday, there was a real difference in their strength levels at the moment. Liverpool were far superior in various lines, moreover, they also really dominated and controlled the course of the match. And indeed, from the start, Liverpool has been much stronger. So it really wasn't surprising when Liverpool were able to slaughter Chelsea in yesterday's match with 4 - 1 score.

Their strikers are still very lacking in this regard and if we look at the whole until now I think only Palmer is a striker for Chelsea who is at a better level, the rest is not to be expected.
Bringing in Jackson and Mudryk also until now has not seen their performance so this is bad for Chelsea because only possession in every match they can win but for finishing problems they are really very bad.

We know that for now Todd is actually too insistent on always wanting the instant which in the end this backfires.
It would be great if they tried something with a process and patience but that is not accepted by the current Chelsea owner so they continue to try to make changes hoping that there is a match and can rise instantly.

It's a good news for Manchester City fans as Erling Haaland is fit, ready and fully back to the team, and according to coach Gardiola it is not just Haaland but also Akanji  and everyone in the City's team is fit for the games ahead. On Monday Manchester City will be meeting Brentford in their home and with the confident level of Gardiola about his boys I can only start to imagine what the scores will be like against Brentford who are an average team to City with a very low percentage in terms of finding a win in their favour come next week Monday 05/02/2024.

On the other hand Liverpool a strong opposition to Manchester City in the race for the EPL title this season who happens to be at the top of the table currently are facing a bad time with some of their best player suffering some minor injuries that may make them miss a number of one or more games especially their next game against Arsenal this weekend Nunez and Sallah are rumored to be absent due to injuries.  What does this make for their main opposition Manchester City should Liverpool lose to Arsenal in their next game and drop points owing to the absence of their key players to injury.

This is really going to be a tough match between Arsenal and Liverpool as they take on reach other in a clash that will define the edge to the tittle race.Liverpool are ahead of Arsenal now,and even if they should lose to Arsenal,they will still be leading the gunners,but one thing is that it might hamper their moral moving forward,as their moral will be dwindled by the lose.In the other hand,Arsenal really need this win against Liverpool to keep them alive in the tittle race should incase Liverpool and Mancity fumbles.
If Liverpool should be able to defend Arsenal to a draw,or they should be able to win Arsenal,then I can give them the tittle for this season.

Based on how you have analysed about Liverpool should they be able to win Arsenal this weekend then they could have better chance of winning the EPL title. I think I should remind you that the EPL season has 38 matches to be played by each team, and almost all the teams including Arsenal and Liverpool had played 22 games already whereas Manchester City has played just 21 games which mean they have 1 outstanding match (outstanding 3 points).

Liverpool are currently with 51 points while their major rival Manchester City who are in second position on the table are with 46 points so invariably with City's outstanding match Liverpool are just 2 points ahead of Manchester City (and not actually 5 points) which is not much of a points distance that someone should settle on to confidently handover the EPL title to Liverpool when about 16 games are yet to be played.

Knowing fully the capacity and ability of Manchester City under Pep Gardiola to  been capable of overtaking their opponents in the league with any slight opportunity that may arise to their advantage, for now I won't agree that Liverpool will be winning the EPL title this season because for me the title race is still open for any of the current top four teams (Liverpool, Manchester City, Arsenal and Tottenham)  currently on the table as the points margin are not significantly much. Let just keep watch with an open mind for now as there are still more games to be played till the month of May.

It is increasingly difficult for Everton to get out of the relegation zone because in tomorrow match Everton will face Tottenham and in the next match Everton will face Manchester City. With their inconsistency in the last 5 matches, it will certainly be quite difficult for Everton to win again. They have really fought hard to go up the standings but all to no avail as their appeal didn’t go well for them yet. If both teams remain consistent until then, the game should be an absolute thriller and could be a deciding factor in who will win the league. Liverpool should be a slight favourite as they'll have a home-ground advantage, currently slightly better defence and their previous game in Manchester was a 1-1 draw. Then again, in April City gave Liverpool a solid beating winning 4-1, so everything is possible.

Manchester City is trying its possible way to get back at the top and I think Manchester City has forgotten the fact that Arsenal is behind them, and any position they are taking Arsenal is behind taking their on the step too since we both have 46 points and there is still hope for arsenal to for the championship because at some point I was losing hope because the way arsenal lost three games was just not a good time for us to be losing does games but we seem to be back on track and ready to continue at a very beautiful performance. the only clubs I fear are Liverpool and Manchester City because the truth is that Arsenal does not have the capacity of defeating them. and within five weeks nobody will go easy on there self's. and look at the way Liverpool performed even without Salah that is scary Chelsea should be able to testify.

This is not very beneficial for Everton. With those two games I think they will lose and will remain in the relegation zone. This will put Everton in a difficult position although I don't think Burnley or Sheiffiled will still be able to catch Everton. Luton and Nttm Forest also have points that are not much different. With a few wins, Everton should be able to leave the relegation zone. But reports show in the last 5 matches Luton and Sheiffiled performed better than Everton who never got a single win.

The next sanction has not yet been announced by EPL. The chance for everton to be relegated is really big right now caused by the club keep get more and more losses. Everton needs to collect as many points as possible caused by the club needs to survive in EPL. I can imagine that if everton gets another 10 points deduction from EPL.
It will make the way for everton to leave from the relegation zone become even harder than before. Im not saying it's impossible but seeing the fact that we are moving forward to the end of season is making the situation even worst than before.

I hope that everton will be coming back again soon with a better performance. It is caused by this club must have gotten as numerous points as possible to prevent the club to be relegated. If i were everton's coach and i have been announcing to surrender from my job.

But Arsenal also cannot be underestimated, this season they have better strength than last season.

Manchester City's current form has returned after a slight decline in the quality of the team, but now we can see they are getting stronger after the recovery of their mainstay player Kevin De Bryune and in my opinion, in this season's long journey, it is very possible for Manchester City to catch up with Liverpool. .
And on the other hand, Liverpool also has quite strong strength, this is quite interesting because this season allows the competition for the Premier League title to be much fiercer than in previous seasons.

The problem Arsenal had the last time they met Liverpool was inability to convert their chances into goals,they are playing beautiful football, possession and dominating football,then when they will have a clean chance to score,they will waiste it.This is unlike  Mancity and Liverpool,Mancity makes sure they use the little chances got to score goals because they are aware that the chances rarely comes,and when it comes,it is good to utilise it well.

Will putting Onana on the bench make Manchester United's goal better? because in my opinion it would be a gamble and although there is a chance of getting better, getting worse is also quite possible.
André Onana did not live up to expectations, but maybe that happened because Manchester United rated Onana too highly, they didn't take into account that there is a difference in competition between the English Premier League and Serie A, where we know the EPL has tighter competition or indeed Onana still needs time to adapt, although it does not rule out the possibility that his performance was not impressive because Manchester United's defenders did not perform well so their goal was easily penetrated by opponents in many matches, and we also often see players who can be said to have failed in their first season but slowly start to improve in the following season.

There's no 100% assurance about that, but if you don't experiment how then are you going to get solutions? Manchester United's defense is not in a very good shape no doubt, we saw it in the match against Newport County when their 2nd choice Bayindir was featured, he was pretty good and the both goals the opposition scored were due to defensive errors. However Onana has caused United a lot, in some matches he looks less focus and fail to block easy shots, currently Onana have concedes 50+ goals which is a very bad record for a goalie.

 I think the deed have been already done by getting him, bit there's no more time to keep being patient till he gets better, the more they keep giving him more playing time, could do a lot to kill Bayindir's form. I think ETH needs a rotation in the GK wing, I see Bayindir as a player with lots of potential and it can't be discovered if he gets less playing time.

The results will remain unnoticed as long as it is not tried, but if we look at the situation where Ten Hag always makes Onana the starter and puts Altay Bayindir on the bench, I think Ten Hag definitely has a pretty strong reason for that. Man United has the same problem every season, which is having quite bad goals against, which means if it's not their defensive line that's bad then their goalkeeper isn't good enough to not let the ball in.

Onana is expected to be a solution to this problem, but what happens on the field is very different from what Ten Hag expects when he decides to recruit him because I think Man United's current performance in the goalkeeping sector is no better than when De Gea was with them.

Erik Ten Hag should be held responsible for the decline in performance of Manchester United because there's a whole lot going on in the club currently. Manchester United in pretty good form but they lack the necessities of becoming a top team this season, continous conceding of goals and fundamental errors recorded at the backlines of the club. For some unknown reasoning, Erik Ten Hag continues to use his new signing in matches. André Onana have become a big flop for the Red Devils, besides there are talented young goalkeepers, why is Erik Ten Hag not using them?

Erik Ten Hag had taken responsibility off course countless times for the drop in performance of his side, he has seen difficulties selecting his side this season due to Injury. The selection against Wolverampton was at least the very best I've seen from him this season, just that Casemiro shouldn't have been substituted off that game. Anyways, the substitute came on to score a goal.

I won't also blame Andrea Onana, I would say his bad firm was from the bad defense, with Lisandro Martinez back, they'll be more coordinated behind. Hoping to see same top displays against West Ham United tommorow.
If possible, Andrea Onana can be dropped for some games, they should make use of the second choice goalkeeper, if he can do better.

Arsenal vs Liverpool will be a tough match to watch tomorrow. Both teams need points to have a good chance of winning the Premier League title this season. richarlison managed to score 2 goals this time, everton played very well, even though they were on the verge of relegation, they succeeded in making the match almost equal. soon the second half will take place, this is the decider because everton almost scored a goal against tottenham several times.

The problem of finishing was indeed an obstacle for Arsenal when facing a much more balanced team, because they had difficulty developing attacks that ended in goals. Arsenal does have the ability to play beautifully and they can dominate matches, but football is not always about playing beautifully, but rather how to get full points in every match. Maybe a midfielder who is able to make changes and a creative midfielder is needed by any club.

Manchester City has a midfielder who is able to carry out his duties well and he is a player who always creates assists. On the other hand, Liverpool has quite good players in midfield so it is easier for attackers to create goal-scoring opportunities. Arsenal also has players like that, but they have not shown their best quality in playing like when they faced Liverpool.

I see the possibility that there will still be a change in the result before the match ends and it will be either a draw or still a win for Spurs. Currently, Everton is providing fierce resistance to Spurs and that could allow Everton to equalize the score, but if Spurs can score one more goal then it will be increasingly difficult for Everton to catch up on the goal difference.

So the right strategy now for Everton is to be able to attack, but on the other hand they also have to be alert to the counter attack launched by Spurs. Because if Everton only focus on defending they will be more open to conceding again so at least they have to have the courage to press. There are still 30 minutes left in the match and everything can change in an instant.

I say Tottenham's season is now much better even though in the previous few games they lost, now they appear confident again, Ange made some good strategies I like how the tactics are used.
