Chelsea just need to reshuffle their squad and in my opinion coach Pochettino should not be replaced even though he failed to bring Chelsea to the best position in the standings, but he is very suitable at Chelsea and of course changing coaches will only make the adaptation process more troublesome and time consuming. what needs to be done is to add quality players both in their front line and in their back line, Chelsea must perform brilliantly next season, at least at the start of the season they can play as well as possible to get the top position so they can continue to increase their self-confidence.

I think if Chelsea management can give Pochettino more than just a season, then I'm sure Pochettino can improve Chelsea's performance over time. Pochettino has to reorganize his squad and he really needs a lot of players who suit his playing strategy, meaning he has to let go of several players who don't have a big contribution to the squad and find the right replacements.

Chelsea players delivered just another great performance to make sure they grabbed all three points in their game against Tottenham Hotspur last night. Chelsea in my own perspective is a club that's got the needed quality of players to put up a strong fight for as many trophies as possible but because of the inconsistency of the team, they've not been able do that. When they faced Tottenham Hotspur in their first league fixture of the season, the North London club finished the game with 9 men which made many believe it was the reason Mauricio Pochentino's men were able to leave Tottenham Hotspur home ground with a win but in that game yesterday, the both team finish with complete 11 players but it still didn't stop Chelsea to win the game without conceding a goal. If Mauricio Pochentino can do well to make the team remain consistent with the kind of performance we saw last night, Chelsea might just be considered a strong English Premier League club once again

Chelsea were able to complete the double against Spurs yesterday and that win took them to 8th position and keeping alive their hopes of an Europa League qualification. Well the performance of the boys yesterday was really impressive and deserves every round of applauds. They were able to make a statement that the red cards of Tottenham in the first leg weren’t the reasons why they defeated Tottenham but rather with a complete team they were still able to defeat Tottenham. This Chelsea team is really fierce and you can see how young the players are, I mean the oldest yesterday was 21 which means the squad was really young.
 
This Chelsea side can achieve a lot if they make sure they avoid injury and also maintain this tempo, they might probably be finishing in 6th place of they’re able to win their remaining 4 matches. As for the Tottenham side, they weren’t bad but I think the teak still needs to gel more and I also think injury had its tow on them.

 The loss of the defender and also Madisson has really affected them and I wish they will be able to still stick around and get ready for mext season. For Chelsea, I stil need they need to sign one or two players in the defense and striking position and have a feat squad them they’ll real be a team to be on the look out for.
