It was confirmed by Sky Sports that Ten Hag is not going anywhere and get its contract extended with other terms and conditions personally this is a good decision by Man U management. Ten Hag is doing good with Man U team and players.

It seems true that the club has made the decision to keep Ten Hag until next season. And this will probably mean that Ten Hag has a lot of work that he must complete in order to get maximum results in the next season. Because currently Man United is not in good condition. Indeed, they won the FA Cup and managed to get tickets to the European League. But Man United has had bad results in the Premier League. And that's a job Ten Hag needs to fix. Erik or no Erik, there should be a mass substitution of some players, I don't know where to place Rashford but he had one of the worst season this time and if there is no better plan for him in the future, they should sell him and buy some players they will be using. He was a useful attack for Manchester united but I don't know what went wrong between him and Ten, there relationship is not cordial and no bond again, he better sell them off for new ones.

I think Manchester United made a mistake in allowing Erik Ten Hag to remain as Manchester United's head coach. Manchester United should have sacked Erik Ten Hag, even though he won the FA Cup for Manchester United. Erik Ten Hag has managed Manchester United for two seasons now, and Manchester United hasn't performed well in major competitions. Erik Ten Hag's performance next season will not be far from what he displayed this season at Manchester United because Erik Ten Hag failed to sign players that would help him perform well at Manchester United.

I get what you are emphasizing on because when we look at it in your direction Pochettino really tried towards the end of last season because from how Chelsea started the season and to end in the 6th position mean that Pochettino was able to discover some of the club's weakness and made some amends for the team hence their ability to end the season well even though the F.A cup trophy that Manchester united won denied Chelsea of having a spot in the Europa league next season.

Checking at Enzo Maresca career as a manager so far I can see that apart from Leicester city that he succeeded in bringing back to the premier league he hasn't really coached a strong team though for once being an assistant manager to Pep Guardiola at Manchester City in 2022 and 2023 means he has learnt a lot from a successful coach and that was the more reason he was able to bring back Leicester city to being promoted to the premier league so let's be hopeful that he can make good improvements for the West London club Chelsea FC next season.

No one thinks differently, I haven't seen his approval among the fans, but the management does, they seem very positive about keeping the coach for another season at least. And I've noticed their positive attitude in any situation, whether the team is losing a few games in a row, is low in the league, whether the team is on a winning streak, it doesn't matter to them at all

Yes, he should be given another opportunity because he was able to win the FA cup even when Arsenal, the most dominant team in the season finished second but couldn’t go home with any trophy after been eliminated from all competitions they participated in. Ten Hag deserves another chance because to me, he’s more successful in the premier than many coaches that have been there for quite sometime now. After hearing about rumours on his possible dismissal and now been kept after all that, I am sure he would improve in the coming season and make the club proud of him for trusting and keeping him once more when many odds where against him staying back and be sacked after the season. Premier league is no joke league, you have to be in your best form and be consistent in doing so because of the plenty competitive scenes you’ll witness during the season from any team as none can be underrated.

I feel like Chelsea will definitely get better, they just need some time and because the team is mostly consisting of players who are playing with each other for the first time, I feel like it was normal to not get a great result. Pochettino could be changed, they can get another manager that's alright, but I think it is going to be something that will take a while before they could just have a good result in the end. Look at United, they decided to keep Erik Tan Hag.

Because they are very well aware that they are going to end up with something that will be great, we should not really be considering the situation to be all that complicated, it is something that will not take that much time and they should be fine in the end.

I was surprised to see the news that Manchester United are going to keep Eric Ten Hag and give him a contract extension. Chelsea and Manchester United are knows to easily sack coaches when they don’t do well as expected. No warning of any or even a second chance, they just go ahead and sack them which to me is not making any sense at all. It makes the players destabilize especially when the new manager brings his own players he prefer to the team and want to integrate them into the existing teams. It becomes tougher and takes more time for those players to blend together. Which after they don’t do well by end of the season, the management will want to sack and bring new manager. I am glad Manchester United are gradually moving away from such instincts, with time they can gradually improve their performance and have a long term squad that will dominate the league.

I am not Manchester United fans but i personally more prefer want to see Ten Hag will be stayed much longer with this team because in my opinion Ten Hag has been done well in Manchester United and he deserved to gets new contract with Manchester United and working much longer and indeed there are several considerations why Manchester United has decide to hold Ten Hag instead of sacked him

I think there are no good managers without jobs unless managers that have past successes and finds it difficult to adapt to the modern pattern of football; unless if they will sign any of the managers they just sacked from some big teams which I think will not favor them. Given Ten Hag more time is better because he achieved two trophies in two seasons which is fine and interesting for a start.

You are right about Pochettino's first days and I think Pochettino was in the good form when he was working in Chelsea. Don't forget he started working in Chelsea while they didn't have good days at all. They were not in the good form after the got Potter fired from the team but Pochettino tried to do his best. By helping many young players he tried to do his best to make this team look younger and get improve however after making these huge chances he needed to have more time in Chelsea. Still, unfortunately, they stopped working this him which was a wrong decision.

Enzo Maresca will not fail at Chelsea I'm fully convinced about this. The man is a born tactician, you can see it from his games at Leicester City. The Man understands the game of football. Just imagine the first season at Leicester City and he won promotion in his first managerial job that speaks a lot of volume and I think that's one of the main reason why Chelsea went for him. The Man know the challenge of the job and he is already bracing up for the huge task ahead. Chelsea will be very strong next season, they just have to get their transfer plans right, if they do that Chelsea will finish in the top 4 next season and possibly pursue the tittle. Enzo is lucky he is already inheriting a squad that's full of young players who have played together for a season and now understands their Flow of the game. They just need to get a recognized striker to bring competition for Jackson.

They can easily fire him, if Chelsea fail to win any trophies, it's not a big problem to fire him even if they have to pay compensation. Actually I even feel he got this planned out, because he knew if thw season were over with the kind of poor performance he had, winning thw FA cup was the only way to get some more relevance for his stay in the old Trafford because it will look like he's most likely going to be sacked if there was nothing to show for the season but this could  be a reason for consideration on his side because it will mean he was able to achieve something before the season cane to an end.
