Well with what I have seen with Chelsea even with the old owner of the club, I don't patience is a trait that this club holds in their practice because I know even their previous owner hasn't been that patient with any coach all what this club knows is results and if the results aren't coming then it's a problem and that's why the force of money was used in the last season transfer but like you said money and rapid buyer of players doesn't actually build the team.

For somebody that wants his club to get better i don't see a reason why he should not sack who is not performing the management as the right but the case of Chelsea is becoming something different because they are always sacking their coaches, and that instant result that they want they won't get it because the club needs more time for them to get results, but since they want a quick one they will keep sacking and I can bet you that they won't get results if this is what they want to be doing, because no coach will be good for them. The Chelsea owner is not aware that the fault that happened to Chelsea actually lies in him being impatient in making decisions, any great coach needs time to adapt.
