Both Pep and Kloop has done very well in the Premier League, their competition for the title was one of the reasons why the Premier League is still the toughest League in the world, but before Kloop left, Arteta joined the race to another top competator for Pep Guardiola which has kept their mandate of the Premier League till date.
I don't think Guardiola will be interested with any national team job, because he said that he cannot be able to sign players he want which means he will be only limited to the players in that country.
Pep Guardiola has a point by saying that, he will definitely be limited to signing players and have to work with the players from the country regardless of how their performance is. This could cause serious challenge to him and could also add a negative record to his career. He is a very good coach and wouldn’t want what he has fought for all his life to just be attached to something not nice to hear. I have strong believe in him that when he joins and club and they’re able to provide him with the right finances needed to deliver a job, he’ll definitely try his best to make the team great.
Pep Guardiola is just waiting for the outcome of the charges laid against Manchester City, if they didn't succeed I am very sure he will leave the team which can be a good reason why he is yet to renew his current contract. Nevertheless, I will want him to stay to keep given the EPL the competition it needs because if he leaves now, it can be less competitive unless if other managers do well to keep the competition.
You could be right and that could be the reason why he hasn’t been straightforward about his next decision on his managerial role in Manchester City. Managing a team facing those series of challenges could be difficult for him, so he’ll rather leave the club and join another one. Even through he leaves, I don’t think the tough competition in the premier league will be reduced, it’ll still be as competitive as always.
