Manchester United has a bigger problem than just a few players, or even just manager, they have a management problem that is taking them longer to fix which is going to be very hard. I understand that if they change their manager then they could be a little better, but even if you get Pep Guardiola here, doesn't mean that they are going to win the league, or if you gave the entire city squad here and trade all united there, still they are not going to be the winners suddenly with the same manager and management.

This is why they will need many years, but eventually they will fix the squad, change the manager and have better management, only then they will do fine. Until then, they are going to just try to keep gradually and slowly become better.

It is true that Manchester United is currently in a very disadvantageous situation because I think they are even worse than the previous season. I don't know whether this will happen to Ten Hag or not for his fate, because as far as I know Manchester United did give Ten Hag the opportunity to prove himself but if Manchester United continues like this maybe his career at Manchester United could end.
You are right, maybe by changing the manager they could be a little better, but for now I think it's too late maybe Ten Hag himself has to be able to prove it even though it takes a long time.

This team is lagging behind due to strategic weaknesses. I saw Ten Hag's weird match tactics last season too. Even this season we see Ten hag's strange match tactics. He played an experienced attacking midfielder like Bruno in the CF position. As a result, we saw poor overall performances from Manchester United's players in both midfield and attacking positions. We've seen Ten Hag make quite a few of those strange decisions.

Manchester United lost both out of 3 matches. As a result, the team is now at the 14th place in the table. Manchester United will play an away match against Southampton in the next match. Although Southampton is a weak opponent, it cannot be said for sure whether Manchester United will be able to play well in the away match.

Erik Ten Hag has his own characteristics that's why he always uses the same players even though the players can't contribute well he thinks the players can give their best performance over time but in fact since the last 2 seasons the players he chose can't meet the club's expectations, there are many talented players at Man United but he doesn't include them in his game scheme I think he really can't manage a big club like Man United.

I'm worried that if the club's performance continues to be inconsistent like this then Man United will lose its golden age they are a big club and should compete like top clubs like Man City, Liverpool and Arsenal and enter the fierce competition for the championship title.

Manchester United has given lot of financial support to Ten Hag to be able to improve and increase the team performance this season, even Manchester United still maintains it even though some time ago many people expected Ten Hag to be fired and replaced with better coach.
Now everything has gone according to what Ten Hag did, many major changes in the line-up and in fact for the beginning of this season what Ten Hag did has not really been seen, but this is still early and there is long time ahead to finish the season with all the changes that have been made.
If the results are possibly much worse then there is clearly chance for Ten Hag to be fired as coach next season, we just see how things develop, I hope Manchester United is not much worse than last season.
On the other hand they are also in the Europa League competition and with conditions like this I am not sure Manchester United can compete well there if they do not start to improve and restore their performance.
