In my opinion, among the coaches who are suitable to replace Erik Ten Hag is Ruud Van Nistelrooy. After watching the way how opponents score goals against Manchester United for the past few seasons ever since Erik ten Hag took over the team as manager, I am starting to wonder how much time does Erik ten Hag needs to improve the defense of his team as Manchester United had already lost 2 games out of 3 games played and Liverpool truly makes it looks so easy to beat Manchester United at the stadium of Old Trafford by scoring 3 goals. I guess it will take a long time for Manchester United to make the stadium of Old Trafford to became a solid fortress again.

You are right here. Coaching is an entirely different talent, and not everyone who succeeds in playing football might succeed in coaching. However, there are players with the talent of coaching. Even while they play at a young age, the spirit of coaching is still in them. And if they have the opportunity in the future, they will end up managing any club.

He is expected to have set the team to a standard where he can now have successful team that will be reliable just as Arteta did to Arsenal and just as Pep Guardiola did Manchester City. Casimero is an old player, I think Real Madrid has used him before given him to Manchester United because his performance since joining Manchester United is not as expected from United fans; the fans hyped him so much but he is not performing to their expectations and he is causing the team some errors.

Casemiro made two errors that lead to goals which is why Ten Hag removed him from the game early, and I will expect him to leave the team in the January transfer window, and as you have said, Galatasaray showed interest in him and even if he didn’t go there he will surely get offer from Saudi Arabia.

I don't think it's a good enough decision to let Casemiro go at this time because even though he is in a bad phase, Man United still needs his strength, at least he'll be available for rotation squad needs if necessary. Moreover, there aren't many options for the midfield position anymore because McTominay has already moved to Napoli, while Eriksen doesn't seem to be in good condition either. I think he still deserves to be given another chance, as well as to see if he can still get better and improve his level or whether he is already below Premier League standards.

Good relationship between the manager of a club and the owners helps the team to be together, a divided house can not flourish, when the manager is not in a good terms with the management the whole situation may affect the performance of the club entirely because the manager may not be concentrating in his coaching jobs and players also may not have the zeal to give their best in the football pitch in so doing politics may be introduced in a way that individual players may decide whom to support or take instructions from as the ugly situation is going on either the club owner or the coach and this may lead to underperformance of the football club.

People think that being a good manager only means getting good results, but that is not the case at all. Plenty of good managers who got results still got sacked, biggest example would be Napoli firing their champion manager just recently, did much worse after he left, and yet still sacked him.

Mourinho or anyone else, if you are a jerk to owners or the other office management team, then you are going to end up with trouble. Directors are there for a reason, and if you are a jerk to them then you are going to end up with a bad result. If the team plays badly, why is it the players' fault? Don't keep arguing that the players are wrong and can't implement the coach's strategy, wrong passes, blunders, etc. I see all of this is Ten Hag's fault who can't implement a good strategy in every match.

You're just as uncool as other users when you can't accept differences of opinion. You definitely have reasons why Ruud Van Nistelrooy is better suited to replace Ten Hag, but you can't stop other people having opinions about which other coaches would be better suited because they probably have reasons too.
