It's an interesting situation... Newcastle and Everton have swapped places in the standings! I don't know why dead Everton are the favourites tonight, but Newcastle have been showing some amazing results in recent games! I hope they don't let them down tonight and get a win!

The reason why Everton are favorites in today's match against Newcastle is because this match will be held at Goodison Park, besides, if we look at the EPL table, Everton's current position is in a dangerous position, they are only 1 place above the relegation zone, this is which is a possibility that many people are favorites for Everton, people think that Everton will struggle to stay away from the relegation zone.

I'm still trying to put my hope on Everton even though they did suffer a lot of setbacks from all aspects of their performance that never won. So if you look at Newcastle everyone would have guessed that the Newcastle players are on their way to the right path. Of course, Newcastle has significant developments, they even have plans to add top players who certainly in the transfer window season it is certain to bring in good players. To support the quality of Newcastle they certainly will not hesitate to show their existence this time against Everton.

They have improved latest months but they need to finish the season at as highest position as possible in order to build up their attractiveness in eyes of star players. Star players usually have multiple options when they want to change clubs so if Newcatsle can not give them both good salary and ability to compete for title or at least playing at top level in Champions Leauge or Europa League, they will.not join Newscatsle and choose a better club.

Unfortunately for Lampard, with Lampard being chosen as coach but Lampard is still not good because of the 6 matches that have been played in the EPL, lampard can only give 1 win for Everton when playing against Leeds. With a record like this, I personally don't believe Everton will win but for a draw it looks like it's still possible.

Lampard did not actually improve Everton after he came there. It can be another bad experience for Lampard. Things in Everton changed too fast and very surprised to see how they fell from a competitve team to a weak team like now.

Yeah, I agree with that.  We can't or shouldn't just undermine Everton based on the progress of Newcastle United just like that. Everton had been a team at the top 5 was it last seasons or the season before that and they were very competitive. Its just them having a really bad season this time but you can tell, they've got a lot to be energetic and motivated about winning all 3 points in this particular fixture od Everton vs Newcastle United or at least share points. First, they are playing form a home side and have got the home advantage, they e lost all previous 4 games and Frank Lampard would surely want to change that in this game, they are so close to the relegation point although, they've got few unplayed games and lastly, Newcastle is a mid tier team just as they are and that means, they've got a good chance.

Honestly I prefer Everton wining today's match against Newcastle to temporarily relief Frank Lampard who had suffers streak of losses while unlucky to get a draw against Man City, a win would atleast reduce the relegation pressure on the team, Newcastle had already  moved up on the table, if they win today they would move ahead of Brighton with 34 points and consolidate their position, while a loss wouldn't have any significant progress on the log they will remain on the table with 31 points, Frank Lampard will to encourage his team before  of the match to get a favorable result.

Liverpool are just one point behind City, with Manchester City losing one of their last five matches and drawing one. Where Liverpool have scored full points in all matches. Now, if Manchester City lose points in the next matches, then Liverpool will be able to move to the top of the table. I'm looking forward to seeing Liverpool at the top.

I almost thought that Chelsea would not win in their last game against Newcastle because a draw was almost right. Chelsea struggled to score for almost 90 minutes but luckily Havertz scored the winner.

There's no denying Newcastle's recent performance the team that was previously in the relegation zone has now come back with a good achievement it's just that I saw Everton in a different side today because they are unpredictable sometimes.
