I think that Tottenham really needed this kind of a victory in the league. Because they had a really inconsistent performance in the recent times. They needed to pull themselves together again. And this result of the Everton game must be very helpful for that. Tottenham completely demolished their opponent by 5-0 in a home game. I was waiting for them to win but this was really huge. Harry Kane continued to score in this game also and he had two goals this time. He scored nine of his ten goals in the league so far after Conte started as the new manager. Tottenham had difficulties against disciplined defense like Burnley and Middlesbrough but had successes against "open" teams like Man City and Leeds. Why not Conte adjust his tactics to match the opponents' strengths and weaknesses. Indeed it was a great result. You know whatever Manchester United may be facing right now you can't really tell if Tottenham will defeat Manchester United,  Tottenham have been doing well lately.  Manchester United performances are not impressive but sometimes they give surprises in their games,  Manchester United is not stable in their performance,  they may play better today and play very poor tomorrow. Apparently, Manchester United is getting pushed off the 5th spot on the league table. Spurs have got the games advantage having 2 more games to play and level games with Manchester United. Its hard to say they would be loosing any of those games with there newly found form. It's a good thing there next game is between themselves @Manchester United vs Spurs fixtures. They are currently in a difficult time. Even though right now they are still in 5th position but there is Tottenham who are ready to fly now with their crazy 3 wins in the last 2 matches they run.

The problem that is still happening at United today is about their performance which is based on a tactic that is quite ancient in my opinion, and even worse here Rangnick continues to impose this tactic which makes them very easy to read.

I don't think it's possible for Manchester United to qualify for the Champions League. Arsenal is in good form now. If Arsenal can win their next three matches, they will be 13 points ahead of Manchester United. Moreover, United have won just two of their last five matches. I think United will be behind Tottenham in the points table.

It looks like United's management made a huge mistake when instead of "an inexperienced maybe interim manager" they hired another interim manager. Even if United manage to get some of the top coaches in the summer, it could turn out that the players have already forgotten how to be disciplined and how to behave under tough management, this is fraught with problems within the team.

A few seasons ago, people thought that main issues belong to coach position and fired Mourinho. Then they hired Solskajer with hope that he can bring Manchester United traditional mentality back. He failed and Ragnick came, almost failed too. Now, back to the main issues that very likely in their players. Professionality, discipline and attitude to contribute for the club with their best.

If players who receive hundred thousands of dollars per week don't contribute their best with good discipline in training and in matches, coaches can not do anything. It's time to get rid of unprofessional players in Old Trafford. They must think of this serious step first before considering of a better coach.

To be honest, I don't know how to solve this problem without big losses for the club. Usually (these are my subjective observations, I may be wrong), if a "big" club has problems with players (for various reasons - for example, the age of a star player who cannot be fired "just like that" or disciplinary problems when some players have become insolent) the team hires " bad guy" who disperses everyone and ruins the season. Paul scholes has said Manchester united won't do well without the right manager.
Roy Keane has also said that Manchester united needs to send out five to six player's out of the club.
As for the new manager they should get Erik Tang, present Ajax coach, and to send player's out! Harry Maguire should come first, Wan bissaka, and more they need to go.
Asides that they will continue to perform poorly, they're no where near champion, this is disgusting without winning any trophy in the last five years.
