Interesting indeed, and if for example Manchester City can still beat Arsenal but in other matches Arsenal can still be consistent in gaining points then of course, Arsenal will still be at the top of the Premier League standings. But I think playing against Liverpool and Manchester City are the most difficult matches for Arsenal in the remaining matches, indeed Liverpool sometimes lose when Liverpool play against weak teams.
But in reality Liverpool can play very well when they play against big teams, moreover Arsenal are the away team when they play against Liverpool and Manchester City later.

But with consideration of the good consistency that Arsenal can still maintain, it looks like Arsenal have a very big chance of winning the title this season. Honestly I don't believe that Everton are a good team at all now. Therefore it should have been ended up by a victory for Chelsea but instead they got a draw by 2-2.

I really don't get this Chelsea. They are too inconsistent and aren't even reliable against the most out-of-forms teams in the league. Everton are definitely among those teams but still they can manage to steal points from a team like Chelsea. In addition, Chelsea have spent a lot money so far just to improve the quality of their lineup and become more effective in league games. But there isn't a significant change still. In this situation I can't see a bright future for Potter at this team. Boehly shouldn't keep a manager who can't help this team climb even a few positions.

Agree with what you said because the Premier League has always been a very difficult competition for that matter if you look at it from the competition and it is not uncommon for the champion to be determined even until their last game.
But on the other hand, with Arsenal's reduced focus after the defeat in the Europa League, this is an advantage because they only focus on the EPL, unlike Manchester City, although this is only a small impact as long as Arsenal are able to focus, this will be very good for them.

The Arsenal game made it clear to me that their officials are interested on the premier league than European league, the team has proven to be the capable team to lead the league table. It's better for them to focus on one league than shuffling both European league and premier league, which is the reason they must have forfeited the first mentioned league. The current situation at Chelsea has been discussed more frequently in the past, but Potter is still getting more and more chances and not utilizing any of them. Mikel Arteta has changed the mentality of this Arsenal side and that's the difference between this particular team and the other Arsenal teams that has tried to win the league since they last did the invincibles in 2004. There are still 10 more premier league matches to play before the end of the season but I don't see anyone stoping them from winning the league.

But despite how difficult their games become they always find a way to ease the pressure and take their lead. As Rashford could not find the net, Bruno Fernandez and Marcel Sabitzer did, like coming from behind to take the lead as they have always done. I didn't also understand why Crystal Palace lost woefully. Recently in English Premier League any club that sacks their coach will be expecting a win or draw in the next match after which they sacked their coach.
I don't know why the case of Viara and Crystal Palace is different that they had to lose so woefully.
