Chelsea fan are really not happy with the situation at hand and with the way Thomas Tuchel wants to take one of the coaches he worked with at Chelsea to Bayern, I just can't see how that's going to stop the development of the team (Chelsea). Well they just need to forget the fact that he's (T.Tuchel) no longer part of them and focus on getting back to winning ways and hitting that top 4 position to enable them play Champions league football next season because I don't see them getting a chance to win the UCL this season.

 With Madrid having a upper hands in that encounter it will be a game Chelsea need to work harder to be able to win, not like playing teams in the EPL so more work need to be done and Potter is going to be blamed if something happens in that game.

Chelsea's fans just need to move on , Tuchel left Chelsea ago, the earlier time of the season.  Thomas Tuchel as coach of Bayern has nothing to do with Chelsea.   
Chelsea made mistake by allowing Tuchel to go, this should be a mistake they learn from and never to allow it to repeat again.

Chelsea been able to forget Thomas Tuchel or not is not problem but my major concern is that you said that Chelsea should try to get into the top four of the English Premier League in order to be able to feature in next season's Champions League. Very sad but Chelsea fans have to forget the good old days with Thomas Tuchel because if they continue to remember it will be painful, moreover the former coach has started his new ship captain with Bayern Munich. In the rest of this season, Chelsea must get up soon, at least if they can't finish in the top 4 they are in a better position than that. They're 10th on the premier league table as it stands, eleven points behind the 4th position. There's no way they can make it to the champions league spot with just eleven games left to play, except the other teams sleep off which they wont because everybody is struggling for European competition next season.
Madrid looks unbeatable in the champions league but they're actually not. We know the kind of team that they are in this competition but it doesn't mean they cannot be beaten. I do not think Chelsea will knock out Madrid but it is not impossible for Chelsea to knock them out either.

The club is only affected this season, I think they will rejuvenate by next season.  the squad already seems okay but the players managerial aspect is poor. They can still do it, but with the current conditions, especially from a coach's point of view, as you said, this is quite difficult. Potter still can't find a good rhythm in their scheme even though in some matches they are always able to secure possession of the ball but on the other hand their goal productivity is still very bad so I doubt the Champions League even though they can still keep up with several big clubs.

It's clear if totenham has a coach now but it's not as good as naglesmann. It seems like that totenham is not successfully attracting naglesmann to be a new coach for totenham, naglesmann is now leading the candidate to be a new coach for totenham hotspurs.
It's quite hard to get a new coach in short time. It's caused by totenham was targeting a good coach that sacked by another club.
