I don't know what's going on with the man utd squad, it seems they have lost back the good form ten hag has built in the last few months.  This 1-0 defeat was actually quite painful for Man Utd, they failed to take 3rd place even though Newcastle lost 2-0 to Arsenal.  the next reason is man utd is wolves, if they lose this game again then I'm sure there will be more people who boo ten hag.

Manchester United are still in the top four and that hasn't changed even though the points are only one point away from Liverpool but still have 1 game left to play so that will give Man United a slight advantage, but if Liverpool can catch them then as Liverpool fans it will be very good because it means going to see them play in the champions league.

West Ham is not an easy opponent actually because they also put up tough resistance to several teams including Liverpool a few weeks ago, it's just that they weren't lucky enough to make the game end in a draw. The victory that West Ham got made them quite safe from the relegation zone because they now have a 7-point advantage over Nottingham Forest. West Ham needs 2 wins from the remaining 3 matches but if Nottingham Forest loses to Arsenal and also Chelsea then it will make it easier for West Ham to stay in the English premier league next season.
The matches of the lower teams will be very interesting, especially since Nottingham Forest still has a chance to survive but beating Southampton is not easy, Southampton has repeatedly shown a persistent struggle to beat their opponents, only the end result is often not theirs, but a draw in this match is very likely to happen, even though the home team is the favorite.

Arsenal victory today was a surprise to me, I couldn't imagine Arsenal wining Newcastle by 2:0 without the Newcastle side replying even a single goal. Today's victory has really kept Arsenal hope alive once again, if they can continue in wining their remaining games ,it definitely gonna increase their chances of lifting the trophy. However Manchester City on their side, is a team that can't give up when it comes to a situation like this in the premier league, when it's clear that they're on the top of the table, the chances of them losing their games is something that won't be considered easy as they're such a strong team to get defeated in the premier league right now.

Yeah, Arsenal's victory today against Newcastle is indeed unexpected by many, considering the fact that Arsenal have lost most of their games against smaller teams, this victory tonight is one that i am very happy about, as it indeed proves that Arsenal is back on their feet again, but its rather unfortunate that it seems late, considering that they lost most of their games when winning was really needed for them to continue staying in the first place in the EPL table..

Even if Arsenal start winning all their games now, I do not think Manchester city will give them the opportunity to take the first place again, as it seems Manchester city is indeed determined to win the title this season, but all the same, we keep watching and hoping for some surprises.

I agree, City already won the league and it's done, there is really nothing wrong. I believe that we can't really make it work in any other possible way, City will not lose that much points ever again, there is really nothing wrong with that. I hope that they do well enough and all, but that's just not going to end up being an issue.

Hopefully they will do great, and Arsenal does great too and we see a very close matchup between the two teams until the very end, but I highly doubt that City would lose any games ever again. That doesn't mean Arsenal had a bad season though, obviously their fans must be upset that they can't get the title, they really want one, but they should be happy that they had such a wonderful season without a doubt, that was a good thing for their future at least.

There is also other scenario in case United can win at least 3 matches, it is related to Newcastle but I think Newcastle will get not problem to win all the remaining matches.

The force from Klopp and his men on Man United was not expected they have returned back to good form they look likely to seal fourth position over Man United.

From the games of today in theory they should be all home wins but the one most likely to be a sure win is Brighton vs Everton.Brighton is in a good position in the league and they have a couple of games less which if they manage to win they got to go in European competitions during the next season which for them would be a great achievement.In fact they may even aim for a miracle to get to the 4th place and make history by going for the Champions League spots if they win all their games that they have less which they are 3 games.They have a strong game in midweek this one or the next at Newcastle which can shatter that dream.

Personally I will attribute Man Utd unstable performances due to dip in form by almost all the players since Eriksen came back from injury he had been a shadow of former self, Casimero too had been woeful, DeGea too showed his own lapses by gifting West Ham a cheap goal, the likes of Antony, Rashford, Sancho are all playing at a mediocre level Weghorst has minimal input to the team, Bruno Fernandes has lost his creative passes, however I believe Man Utd will still  scrape through and take up their chances of UCL qualification despite their dip in form because of their one game advantage over Liverpool probably the team will turn up for their remaining matches.

if you can see Man United's performance as a whole maybe you will reconsider making Man United your favorite team. as we know, when MU lost against West Ham with a score of 0-1, we can conclude that MU has not been serious or consistent in every game. maybe you prefer MU more because the upcoming match Man United will be host to Wolves.
but indeed this is an opportunity for MU to be able to add more points after yesterday's defeat and Erik ten Hag must arrange a slightly good strategy to use an attack formation.

There is a small chance, but the top 4 for Brighton sounds too unlikely, you need to take one step at a time, and today an important step for them will be to beat Everton, who are in the relegation zone and for which points are very important.
