Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024

Honestly I do not care about that last position for champions league. If somehow west ham gets that it would be amazing for them because they are not a great team normally and people did not expected them to be at this place.

However at the end of the day if it is chelsea, if it is liverpool if it is tottenham which I think they are probably out already, it wouldn't matter. Sure it would be great for Liverpool to come back in and win at this late stage and they can go and that would make them happy a bit, but it is not about "hurrrayy we became 4th" because at the start of the season people were expecting them to become champions, the odds were quite high, they were second highest odds after city, look at how city was great this year and how we are talking about potentially being fourth for Liverpool. So for both chelsea and liverpool it is not a success, it is just by product of being a good team and it is only news if they lose.

I think Arsenal will end this game with 3 points, that's good for them. Although it doesn't mean much, this victory will have a little psychological impact on the players to do their best for their team. the match has ended with a score of 0-1 for arsenal victory, although my prediction is wrong but i am very happy arsenal was able to win tonight's match thanks to a single goal scored by smith rowe, this victory certainly shortens the distance between arsenal and west ham to 3 points and keeps the opportunity to qualify for the European league next season, because fifth position in the standings is an automatic zone to get a European league ticket next season on the condition that the arsenal is able to win all the remaining matches this season and hopes the team above them loses

Qualifying for an Europa league spot is still questionable for Liverpool not to talk about Arsenal that sits in 8 positions with only 2 games left for them to play this season. Also, I don't see the benefit of them qualifying for these European competitions if they would end up getting kicked out it when the time comes to battle for the trophy.  I just knew that tuchel would be resting most of his key players for the UCL that's coming up soon. That's why I didn't bother placing any bets on it.

Chelsea's defeat was indeed a little surprising, even though previously Chelsea gave a surprise by beating Manchester City. It seems that Chelsea
have underestimated Arsenal too much, defeat to Arsenal will be a lesson for Tuchel, to be more vigilant in facing whoever opponent Chelsea will face
in the next match. Moreover, the next Chelsea will face Leicester, it's a very interesting match. Because Leicester is not an easy team to beat,
let alone the morale of Leicester players is high, after defeating Man United. Even so, I am optimistic that Chelsea can beat Leicester and win
the FA Cup. And can also move up to third place to replace Leicester.

This defeat is very normal. Yet I would have been happy if the match had been a draw. Chelsea are saving energy for the Champions League final. Manchester City have become the champions of the Premier League. So it makes sense to set goals for the Champions League without focusing on the Premier League.

I think so too, where the city game last season was very bad and they couldn't win the English league, but al the results this year they were extraordinary, where the city players this year are very confident against other players for the sake of one by one they can. lost to the other teams, and in the end they were the ones who won the English league this season, congratulations to City.

Liverpool chances have been boosted after Chelsea loss as if they win their remaining 4 games that could be not missing out on UCL next season its not guaranteed because the goal difference between the three teams is close i hope that Manchester United will fancy their chances here to end Liverpool's faint hopes but their home form hasn't been anywhere near as good as their away form. so i think it will be an open game so lots of goals from both sides not sure who will be the winner i hope it will be Liverpool.

It happens in football, Chelsea attacked the whole match but lost, it was just not their day. Chelsea has problems with the implementation of scoring chances, they create a lot of chances to score, but at the same time they do not score many goals. It is necessary to draw conclusions and correct this point.

I thought Chelsea will take the spot, not West Ham. Liverpool will feel happy with the defeat of Chelsea. They have bigger hope for very late flippening against Chelsea. Chelsea if fail in Premier League, will still have another gate to Champions League. It is not easy with the opponent is Manchester City.

Chelsea will like to secure their fourth position and won't have to gamble with Champions League final.

A spot to Champions League brings them financial income and can attract players if they want to sign new contracts for their squad.

There has been some talk of another round of protests. I'm curious to see what will happen if the game has to be postponed again.
There is simply nowhere to put the game to, it would probably mean that Liverpool would be awarded with 3 points.

Still, I'm confident that the game will go through even if there will be additional protests. We really need these points and getting them without playing would be beneficial in general, but it's not how I want us to qualify. Let's prove them tonight that we deserve to be in the CL next season.

Liverpool need this match more than Man Utd, they are fifth on the EPL table with 53 points with two oustanding matches including today's match if they can win these two  matches their chances of making top 4 will be bright,
however Chelsea loss to Arsenal yesterday could put them in serious trouble of clinching top 4.
Its up to Man Utd to play competitively in today's match so that the match be entertaining and full of goals

I think the MU vs Liverpool match will go well, there is no commotion between MU fans and Liverpool fans, I am sure that, both on the field and outside the field. Their match will be Manchester United who will win to maintain their runner-up.
