Manchester City is playing a second tier player and I've been betting on him from a few hours ago, after knowing Newcastle could score first I was worried whether City could still win or not, because even the players who played were second tier players. In this case the pressure is most on Liverpool to win all their games.

Guardiola is resting some of his players since he doesn't care anymore about EPL matches

He must rest some key players to prepare for the final match in UCL and let the players on the bench have time to play in the last two matches in Premier League. There is absolutely nothing riding on this game, with City champions and Newcastle safe from relegation.

Newcastle just missed there chances of actually getting ahead once more in this game. They've been favoured by the referee with 2  penalties and they couldn't convert them both. Scoring a rebounce still counts though, I guess it was due to anxiety and tension that comes with these penalty shots but then, it was there best chance to actually steal some points from this fiercer team. So bad, F. Torres wasn't going to let that happen. Scored 2 goals within 2 minutes interval to drag the game from a draw to a win for Manchester City . There is no stopping them @Manchester City this season,they are going all the way and would continue.

I don't think Manchester city is in there finest form, although Foden and mahrez didn't start the squad was star studded but could only squeeze the win by hard labour of Newcastle, and if I were a Manchester city fan looking at the UEFA champions league final I would be scared, they might have won the league but a dominant play through the build up of the UEFA champions league final against Chelsea would give Chelsea a sense of fear and despair, I think Manchester city are my favorite to win the UEFA champions league, but I am no longer sure of this.

Newcastle gave a good resistance, I was surprised to see Newcastle able to make a goal earlier than Man City...

Nah I dont think its really an entertaining match. This season is almost over and there are few entertaining matches, I personally would love to watch Chelsea vs Leicester because either one of those team might ended up not getting the top 4 spot. Leicester had it a little rough for the last 2 fixtures, Chelsea and Tottenham is definitely not going to go easy

Chelsea needs point to secure their Champions League spot and Kane needs to score some more goals to get the top spot for goalscorer so Tottenham might be playing their most main squad until this season is over

Close but not this time ! its a close call for the over 2.5 goals and draw for this match. A pretty bold selection as well, most people normally go for under 2.5 goals to go along with draw result

Newcastle had such a good night today and I would've watched another 90 minutes from that game as it was really intense with a lot of goals and crazy chances to score. I think without Torres , Newcastle could've won today and I don't think City could come back from 3-1 but yea, Torres was in a splendid shape and manage to score a well deserve hattrick.

Oh, I think you underestimate Newcastle, Manchester City is definitely in good shape but I think there will be more than 2.5 goals total and the match will end in a draw. Both teams do not need anything, there is no difference if Newcastle climbs two points in the table, but for City, as mentioned above, it will be an opportunity to test their strategies before the Champions League, (so for that matter, today I will watch the film Goal! 2005). 

Mate, I have never underestimated any team that will compete with the team I support. All because I am confident enough in the strength that Manchester City have to beat Newcastle United. The odds payout on Southampton to win the match in full time against Fulham is @2.00 and I think the rate offered is pretty attractive, as both of these teams have nothing left to fight for in this season anymore, I guess there is a chance we might see the managers from both teams sending out some new young players to play in this match for them to gain some experiences. Manchester City are keeping a pretty record, they are  probably the team with the lowest number of lost matches on the table.They have only lost five matches in the Premier League since the season started. City is also having the highest won matches in the Premier League this season, they have so far won 26 matches.
Their match yesterday against Newcastle was a bit tough, but Manchester was serious about winning the game. Torres was amazing, scoring three goals in the game yesterday. Although, Newcastle was given two penalties, but was not strong enough to beat City.

This is why I always say people totally underestimate what it means to have a good penalty taker on your team. Ronaldo. Messi. Harry Kane for my team. Bruno Fernandes for United.

Penalties are supposed to be something like 70% chance to score but if you have a good taker it becomes 90%. Some teams do not even train for this but it is a big and important skill for me.

Yup, leea, quite like Salah for Liverpool. Actually can't remember the last time he missed a penalty. He has a unique style I used to think was risky but he's always on target so good for him. We haven't had many penalties this season but that's fine too...

Leeds, Saints, Brighton wins for me today. Probably a deaw would be wise but most of them have nothing to play for now except West Ham but I'd really like to think those with less pressure now will play more aggressive football for goals. Can be strange when you no longer have pressure to play with freedom. Which makes our game tomorrow also dangerous but I prefer to play aggressive teams as we get more space to play up front.

Liverpool... will this team be able to get the last ticket for the next year Champions League? I think the Reds can easily win the last three games and get onboard the CL bandwagon at the expense of either Chelsea or Leicester.
