I thought after the game against Liverpool that Chelsea is on a good way and did the right things to improve enough to at least be somewhat competitive. They have been the better team against Liverpool, played with high accuracy and good drive and passing to constantly keep Liverpool under pressure. But Liverpool is the team that used that game against Chelsea to analyze everything and learn from it whereas Chelsea is exactly where they stopped last season. When a team gets 1 out of 6 points in two games against Nottingham Forest and Bournemouth, what is their goal for the season supposed to be? It can't be the Champions League qualification. It can't be any of the UEFA qualifiers. Good for them that the teams behind them are that bad, but Burnley has two games less and Luton Town has one game less. Imagine what the table looks like when they win a few points in those games.

I would really like to know what's going on in the head of Todd Boehly and whether he is already desperate or still positive about the future.

One of the reasons for Chelsea's poor performance was their management. Chelsea's performance started to weaken mainly after the change of management. And last season they failed to even be in the top 10 of the points table. And they are trying hard to stabilize the team. Despite changing coaches several times, Chelsea's performance has been poor. And Pochettino has coached Chelsea this season. Pochettino is also unable to stabilize this team. The team has to be defeated even against a weak team. It is not certain whether Chelsea will change their coach again, giving Pochettino another chance. But I would say Pochettino should be given a full season.

Chelsea is struggling already and the games against Manchester City, Arsenal, Newcastle, Tottenham and Manchester United are all coming. I don't expect them to get a lot of points from those games. There is also Aston Villa and Brighton, which is anything but a guaranteed win for Chelsea. As of now I am of the impression that they could be beaten by any team in the Premier League and I guess a loss against Nottingham Forst at Stamford Bridge underpins that impression. They are probably out of ideas and are trying to come up with some solution, but nothing comes to fruition.

Next weekend's game for Tottenham will be a very big test for the club because they will be playing against Arsenal who are still a very good team that were able to score two very quick goals against Manchester United as they were able to score in their own game against Sheffield. Tottenham have improved very well from the last time that Arsenal played against them. They are more dangerous team than last season and with how their performance has been steady in this season, it will be a tough game for them, tougher than their game against Manchester United earlier.

That makes sense, if you look at last season Tottenham looked ordinary and not too significant and next week they will face Arsenal, which last season is clear as we know they are able to perform optimally with almost all seasons managed to occupy the first position of the standings and with that alone means they are not a team that can be underestimated. But well that's in the past and will only be the past, we will focus on the current season which turned out to be far from expected that Tottenham were able to perform with extraordinary performance in several matches since the start of the season began and now Postecoglou's squad has managed to occupy second place in the standings. Obviously this is beyond my expectations because initially I thought with the departure of Harry Kane to Bayern Munich then nothing else could be expected from Tottenham for this season because Kane was the only heart they always relied on in every match, so honestly I can't stop thinking but on the other hand this is extraordinary, they are able to get out of dependence on quality players who are now in the Bundesliga.

Yes and that's right, now Tottenham is no longer a club that can be considered weak by its opponents including Arsenal who will be the next opponent, it's true that Tottenham's improvement is extraordinary and this could be a big obstacle for Arteta's squad. But let's just see if Tottenham have really risen in the trophy race or back down to the bottom.

I believe Tottenham Hotspur manager didn't build and centered the team around Harry Kane that was the core tactic of team last season his teammates would always channel their assist for him to score, however this season every player can score freely the likes of Son, Richarlison, Maddison, Dejan Kulusevski etc can score a goal freely and credit goes to their midfielders duo of Sarr and Bissouma who had been very brilliant in the middle, however the team would be subjected to a true test in the their derby match against their rival Arsenal at the Emirate next weekend the outcome of that match if positive means Tottenham would aim for a top 4 spot as well as challenge Man City title bid.

I didn't watch this match, I only saw the live score, how in the end Tottenham managed to come back to get 3 points and this was a match where the injury time lasted quite a long time, I don't know what made this match get along injury time, even the red card that the Sheffield player got. occurred in the 90+14' minute.
Looking at the statistics, this match was very heat, because there were at least 9 cards issued by the referee and the total number of violations recorded was 27, and Tottenham controlled possession of perhaps more than 70%.
I had predicted that this would be an easy match for Tottenham to win but it wasn't entirely correct, in fact, they almost lost if the goal in stoppage time didn't occur.
Of course, what Tottenham have shown and achieved so far cannot describe what they will get until the end of the season, but at least they are a team that has experienced quite surprising developments, especially when the mainstay player who used to be their goal machine is no longer together but they can still score well and win, and making Ange Postecoglou the Tottenham coach looks like the right thing for the club to do.

Tottenham has began the season on a very good note, with excellent performance the are showing that they are ready to take on any opponent regardless their status or track record in the league, although there were fears that their performance may not be excellent as a few good players left the club during the transfer period, but Tottenham seem to have clear all doubt about their performance as the have performed so well most recently since the season began.

The coach on the other had is doing a good job as his tactics are in check and they really own their games causing their opponents to sit up. Tottenham is giving out a notion that this season, no team should undermine their ability as they are ready to take on any team. Arsenal is another good team who have performed excellently since the season wining Manchester united with a victory that was epic.

The victory against Tottenham yesterday tho deserving but arsenal had a tough time wining the game. Arsenal I must say had a good contender so it was expected they will not win at ease. The style of play arsenal used yesterday was not quite impressive but at the end of every game what matters most is victory which arsenal did got. Arsenal and Tottenham are both good teams for the season and other teams should watch out for then both in subsequent meetings

It's normal for fans to complain when their team is not getting good results especially for a club like Chelsea that spent lots in rebuilding their team and I think the complains from fans would even help them to realize that they're not performing well and would need to work very hard to impress the fans, and I believe Pochettino is not really resting about this, he's an experienced coach and know what's at stake if things keeps on going wrong, it might even cost him his job cause failure to get better results might get him fired pretty soon.

 For a club that's not performing in any major trophy this season I think Chelsea so be able to perform better than most teams cause they've got more time to train better and rest against fatigue and I'm hoping to see the best from them before next month if not it could smell trouble for their manager Pouchettino.

The problem originates from the owner of Chelsea, Todd Boehly who made the wrong signings, bringing overhyped players that are yet to gain any significant experience in football. Chelsea is currently in their worst terrible form, struggling to win games with both elite and mediocre teams. There problem is coming from every angle, the defendlines, midfield and the frontlines. Mauricio Pochettino will face more critics in the near future If he failed to put his team in order. There's alot to learn from the blued present squad, I'm just mute until these players displayed their very best in league games.

Either of them may have a valid argument as to why the teams they manage have been mediocre so far but still not enough to excuse them from their accountability. Who would you pick just in case?

Erik Ten Hag has nothing to prove, He got Manchester United qualified for the Champions League and also, winning a trophy last season.
He's had couple of players Injured which has affected the strength of the club. Though, there's the glazers who needs to leave, it's either they support the club fully and no further stealing.

Pochetino would be given time, he has the next three months to show what he is capable of else, Chelsea wouldn't want to give him that time they did with Graham Potter. They must have learnt from those failures.

I do not think any of the coaches will be booted out. For Ten Hag, he already proved himself last season where Manchester United were able to qualify for the Champions league. They know he is a good coach who is just trying to manage the crisis in the team.

Past success doesn't really matter much in today's premier league since owners and fans temperament aren't what it used to be. It's all about producing good results in a short amount of time. Yes Ten Had got them in CL but haven't you heard of a manager getting fired after winning the CL trophy the previous season? I hope you guys are familiar with the saying you're only as good as your last performance.

It's hard to pick which one that will be booted out first but i believe if it will be pochettino. It's sad bookies were not opening a line for this. The differences between both are manchester united was still capable enough in scoring against some mediocre clubs like wolves and nottingham forest while chelsea has not yet faced hard fixtures. Manchester united was facing many great teams in a row. Chelsea will face those strong clubs around december.

 With the current performance of Man UTD, I'm beginning to wonder if their recent 6 signings are even worth it. They have gone on to lose games and even confidence which brings me to believe that Erik has lost the ability to bring glory to Man UTD.
Brighton went to the home of dreams during the weekend and turned it to a nightmare for them and since their win last season in the Carabao Cup against Brighton, they have not regained form.
 Another flop buy to me is Cameroonian keeper, Onana who has not been impressive and his performance had made fans to compare him with David de Gea. Funny part is, the same fans who feel the Spaniard is getting old are now wishing he was still with them because he won't have conceded ten goals in just five matches.
I doubt what is worrying Man UTD is just management issues alone, maybe there's something else but if they don't improve, they will drop further than the 13th spot they're in. Maybe hitting 18 or 19 position might be enough to wake them up?

Yes indeed, Tottenham almost lost the match against Sheffield, because the two goals that Tottenham managed to make happened in the +90th minute. With that, then maybe Tottenham still get very good luck in this match because if not, then at least the match has ended and will not reach until the 90+8 and 90+10 minutes. Moreover, in this match Tottenham also played at home and of course, Tottenham should be able to win or be able to make goals even faster. With results like this, then at least we also won't be able to fully believe about Tottenham to be able to consistently with good results like this throughout this season. Because of course, Tottenham will also experience a decline in performance and bad results later but even so, at least I still believe that Tottenham this season will be able to compete well in the top four.

Regarding Chelsea, you can have all the money in the world but if you spend it on overpriced crap, you won’t do very well. I think they have major problems, loads of sub standard players on 8-9 year contracts. They could be in big trouble over the next couple of years.

I don’t know how after spending £1,000,000,000 their man striker is Jackson who looks terrible. They are without doubt the worst run club in the PL.

Even Manchester United performed so bad, there's no way for Manchester United to hit as low as 18th position, at least they're better than Everton, Luton Town, and Sheffield United. It really looks impossible for big team to get relegated and play in league two.

Chelsea's made absolutely no progress and even got worse, even though Chelsea were able to dominate possession of the ball but unfortunately were unable to break through Bournemouth goal.
Its a shame, even though I thought Chelsea would win this match so they could get points and try to move up in the standings, but it seems like its becoming a difficulty for Chelsea at the moment knowing that their performance is decreasing.
If Mauricio Pochettino can not change a new strategy it might be difficult for Chelsea to rise from its current position.

Only being able to achieve one win in five matches is certainly not something the fans expected. The draw result obtained from Bournemouth certainly adds to fans' concerns about the existence of their favorite team being able to compete at the top of the standings. Pochettino was starting to run out of ideas to restore the players' confidence to return to winning ways. Statistically, Chelsea were quite in control of their game but unfortunately they were unable to break into Bournemouth's goal. I'm starting to be pessimistic about seeing the Blues recover and maybe Pochettino will be given an ultimatum by Boehly and it is possible that if we don't get good results in the next few matches then the manager's position will be re-evaluated.

There were too many expectations from the Pochettino before start of this season but after five games they have just five points with one win and two draws even things are looking not good on papers and in reality as well but here I have feeling he deserved more time for setting things as par requirement because there is big mess-up here in this team even they have too many quality players but still not able to have better results it needs more time hopefully they will be able to have positive change in coming weeks.

Bournemouth has never been easy team at home, and they already give their best against struggling Chelsea and have third draw of their five games and still looking for the first win but here we need improvement in Chelsea attack which is not able to give this best and missing too many chances despite having good ball possession throughout match.

Harry Kane left early and the new coach had enough time to prepare for his absence from the team. Being a new coach just coming at a time that Harry Kane was leaving, the coach already had no dependence on him and was able to get the team to play together. Now with him, and every player in the team knowing that they can loose their position, it is making every player put in their best when they play.

Almost 50% of voters choose Manchester City for the champion in the 2023/24 season, I also certainly don't have doubt about it. because they show good performance at the beginning by sweeping away all the winnings. Haaland will definitely be the highlight throughout this session because simultaneously with the club. he has scored 7 goals as top scorer, and will be the next star after Ronaldo and Messi. But that's not certain (still on the knees of the gods) because I see Liverpool have found their game like 2021-2022 session. If possible, this year will be very tight and maybe the winner will be decided in the last session (week 38).

Really, people who dont see how dominant Manchester City is are either dumb or in denial! Even when key players arent on the pitch, they are always the same. Even though Haaland is clearly very good, I think its too early to compare him to Ronaldo and Messi. The kid needs to show a lot! Let's talk about Liverpool, though. They look like they're getting back to their best. City is in danger from it! The fact that this title race is getting so close bothers me, I'll be honest. Its possible that Week 38 will decide the winner, and I dont think my heart can handle that much tension!!

I wouldn’t say Harry Kane was the problem but I would rather say the new change of the coaching staffs was a good one.
